Look BP, When Zimmerman retreated he quit being the aggressor.
That is all there is to it. No different than if someone attacks you and you (well not you as guns scare you) pull your weapon and they run. You can no longer shoot them in self defense as they are no longer the aggressor.

You do understand that you are looking stupider by the minute and for you to appear stupider than you already do is almost as hard as dividing by zero.

Unfortunately, you haven't a clue. You can't become the aggressor, retreat when confronted, and claim 'self-defense' when you have to shoot the guy.
That's what this will boil down to, if you take the time to think it through, but I digress, thinking is not one of your capabilities. Maybe remedial schooling would be good for you, you'd learn to spell, and proper vocabulary.
