We will not waste our limited resources on FR in support for a liberal progressive LIAR
Click here to pledge your support! ^ | April 12, 2012 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 04/13/2012 12:13:14 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

A reminder for those who are not receiving the message:

Romney is a pathological compulsive liar. Lie after lie papered over with more lies. Doesn’t even flinch when caught in bald faced lies, simply tells another big whopper to cover up or dodge the issue. Funny thing, the man actually seems to believe his own latest lies and simply ignores the glaring record of his past actions/lies. And you have true blue establishment elite RINO Republicans like Karl Rove enabling and backing up his lies. Their motivation is simply to hang on to power (and riches) any way they can.

I’ve stated many times since Romney started running for the presidency way back when that I’d never vote for him and I will not. He cannot lie his way out of his decades long record of support for abortion, Roe v Wade, planned parenthood, gay rights, gun control, global warming, amnesty, liberal judges, big government, compulsory or socialized health care (RomneyCommieCare), mandates, Keynesian economics, support and approval of TARP, bailouts, stimulus packages, i.e, every damn liberal progressive issue that comes down the pike.

C’mon. These are the reasons the tea party sprang up and the reasons he and Rove loathe the tea party and our tea party conservative candidates. Romney famously expressed his loathing for Reagan-Bush conservatism several years ago when he was trying to run to the left of Ted Kennedy and now he’s cloaking himself in Reagan conservatism, knowing full well that it’s a lie, but he knows it’s the only way he can possibly win, er buy the Republican nomination.

Screw Romney!! I absolutely will not support or vote for a proven compulsive liar with a known record of abortion and big government socialism, liberal appointments, etc. He still lies about RomneyCommieCare today. Calls it a “conservative solution.” Get real!!

Listen to what Ronald Reagan had to say about the elites pushing socialism on America via compulsory health insurance:

Ronald Reagan speaks out against RomneyCommieCare

There will be no campaign for this Massachusetts liberal liar on FR!!

Damn the libs and RINOS, full steam ahead!!

But no matter what happens we must turn out in November to vote IN as many conservatives and vote OUT as many rats as possible at all levels of government. If we don't have a conservative at the top of the ticket we must turn out anyway and vote straight conservative DOWN ticket!! Just think of it an off cycle election and pour on the TEA!! It'll be doubly important that we control both houses of congress and as many statehouses as possible.

Restore the 10th amendment!! Impeach the leftist president whoever he may be!! Restore Liberty!! Rebellion comes from the bottom up!!

WOO HOO!! I CAN SEE NOVEMBER FROM MY HOUSE!!

No Bama!! No Romney!! Go tea party rebellion!!

Plenty of Santorum supporters torn down Newt Including Santorum himself.

This Newt supporter remembers. I also remember the attacks on Perry, Cain, etc. That being said. Right now we have a choice between, Obama, Mitt, Newt, or none of the above. For me, the choice is who is best able to turn this country around. Newt has my vote. None of the other stuff matters to me and why people would key in on stupid stuff to rule in or out a candidate is beyond me. With Obama and Romney the difference is just the speed at which our country will crash. If Newt is not our nominee, or someone else I have faith in, let it crash on Obama's watch and after another 4 with him, we will be ready to pull our heads out and deal with real issues/solutions. Also, if the GOP party bosses lose this election after shoving Romney down our throats, the GOP party bosses will be done, as they should be.

Would the General also ‘let it be known’ that his resources are low so the ‘enemy’ won’t waste their ammunition on him?

So you are saying Gingrich isn't paying vendors on purpose, bouncing checks to get on the Utah ballot on purpose, filing incorrect financial statements demonstrating he isn't raising hardly any money on purpose, saying they spent too much in Florida and are now 4.5 million in the hole on purpose, using youtube spots clipped into ads instead of professionally made commercials on purpose, all to confuse the media into not taking his campaign seriously and therefore not covering anything he says? And this lack of coverage based on the assumption he is broke is supposed to do what? Help raise more money? Help get his message out?

Seriously? Is that what you are suggesting?

Yes he is. If only so many people like you wouldn’t sit on the sideline criticizing him instead of joining his campaign. And if he is “flat broke”, what are you waiting for to generously donate to his campaign?

Who would you rather have appointing federal judges, Romney or Obama?

Neither but if I had to choose, it's an easy choice. If Barry the Marxist chose Elena Kagan and the wise Latino when he had to worry about re-election, his next choices will change this country for a generation or forever. I know what Barry did and will do, I would take my chances with almost anyone else other than Castro,Chavez, etc.

Who would you rather have appointing the next Attorney General, Romney or Obama?

Easy, of course any sane person would just love 4 more years of Eric Holder/s

Who would you rather negotiate with Putin, Romney or Obama?

ABO

Who would you rather negotiate with the “Arab spring” leaders, Romney or Obama?

Soetoro IS one of the Arab Spring leaders

One of the most important things we can do, apart from our prayers for the survival of this nation if Obama is reelected, is to work as hard as we can to get Tea Party conservatives in both the House and the Senate.

We need a much larger majority in the House, with less RINO's, and we need to take over the Senate with legit conservatives.

I hope that FR, after the emotions have cooled here, centers itself on what we conservatives need to do to save this country from oblivion.

Praying with you!

It plays right into their hands. I will bet the majority that are on FR telling everyone to not vote are from those places. Not ALL, but a lot.

Worse yet, the tattered building that was bought by the Muslim real estate company had been owned by a subsidiary of Bain Capital, a company Romney founded in 1984.

Really Jim? So describe to those of us who believe strongly that just about anybody is better than Obozo, your plan of action after your actions (or lack thereof) succeed in getting him reelected?????

Stop with the emotional and get real. You said there is no crying in a rebellion...so let’s see some concrete effectual contingency plans for action re: a second term for Obosco that will surely mean the end of the Constitution, our nation, and global damage to individual liberty. The consequences of a Romney presidency would be far less dire, giving our conservative cause a chance to advance prior to blood-shed.

We would all love to see a last minute dark horse emerge, but absent that transpiring, I will go with the “anybody-but-Obuzzy” crowd and hopefully save my ammo for a future, and yet to be determined inevitable, requirement.

No TRUE conservative can vote for a pro-abortion, anti-gun, pro-government mandate on citizens, pro-coercion state measures on citizens, pro-taxes, pro-fines, pro-deficit liberal like Mitt Romney.

The only option to stop Willard get to 1144 is to vote NEWT in the 20 remaining primaries.

I totally agree.

Same here. We have a situation here that is not all that complicated and yet many FReepers aren't even trying to resolve it.

There are two schools of thought: (1) If Romney is GOP nominee, don't vote for him, or (2) Vote Romney to help defeat Obama.

For the next seven months there will be FReepers in either of these camps. So what do we do about it?

Spend seven months creating 1500-post threads where longtime FReepers say the most horrible things about each other and good, decent conservatives get zotted one after another?

That seems spectacularly unproductive but so far that's where we're heading.

Oh well, at least we'll provide amusement for the DUmmies.

There's another option, much better than "Stay Home": VOTE all the down-ballot races, but ignore the Presidential.

Personally I'll write-in Sarah Palin, to demonstrate my disdain for Romney and Obama, and my belief that she's the best around.

I live in NY state, so my vote is best cast for my principles, because NY will go for Obama regardless...

Romney is as much evil as Obama.

Mitt Romney opposed the two most successful conservative policy efforts of the last 30 years - the Reagan administration policies of the 1980`s and the Contract With America of the 1994.

In fact, in his debate with Ted Kennedy in 1994, Mitt Romney refused to endorse the “Contract With America,” which House Republicans had proudly presented as their campaign manifesto, and he balked when Kennedy tried to link him to the Reagan administration. “I was an independent during the time of Reagan-Bush,” Romney retorted.

Romney voted democrat for Carter and Tsonga!

If your so-called "decent conservatives" would keep their Romney support off the site, this kind of thing wouldn't be necessary. And yes, I'm including the "vote against Obama" crowd in that statement. They should go sound off somewhere else, since that's what Jim wants. His house, his rules. If I decided to support Ron Paul, for instance, I wouldn't bring it up here, I'd find a Pro-Paul site and post there until after the election, if not longer.

It doesn’t matter whom we “support” anymore.
This is all about money, not attending rallies.

Santorum dropped out because of lack of funds and Newt will have to do same because his money sources are drying up.

Romney raised massive amounts of $ over a period of seven years.
None of the other candidates could compete on that level.
But Rick sure did give the dastardly Mittens a run for his money by winning 11 states...with very little funding and good ol’ grassroots volunteers!

“Santorum dropped out because of lack of funds”

Santorum dropped out because Friess, Romney’s mole sponsor sent to support him in order to destroy Gingrich advance, dropped him out and returned to Romney’s headquarters. And you are so blind not to see how Santorum rose and fell.

If Rick stopped his campaign after the disastrous results in North Carolina and Florida, Newt would have been now ahead!

http://www.politijim.com/2012/04/santorum-skedaddles-and-conservatives.html

“RINO GOP establishment was compliant in tolerating the Santorum run, knowing all along that Santorum merely would weaken the social conservative will power to anoint the Massachusetts moderate as their preselected choice. I never bought into this because there is no way “unseen forces” could get a little old Tea Party lady in Alabama to “like” Santorum. Polls aren’t perfect but you obscure actual VOTES, which Santorum suddenly assembled behind him. But, with Foster Friess instantaneously jumping to Romney after predicting Santorum’s surge long before he hit the GOP charts in January – I’m much more willing to consider this.”

Man, I’d give anything to have a fire-breathing conservative to go up against this stinking Marxist administration in this election. Someone to stand up for America. Someone to stand up for freedom. Less government= More freedom= More America.
