We will not waste our limited resources on FR in support for a liberal progressive LIAR

A reminder for those who are not receiving the message:

Romney is a pathological compulsive liar. Lie after lie papered over with more lies. Doesn’t even flinch when caught in bald faced lies, simply tells another big whopper to cover up or dodge the issue. Funny thing, the man actually seems to believe his own latest lies and simply ignores the glaring record of his past actions/lies. And you have true blue establishment elite RINO Republicans like Karl Rove enabling and backing up his lies. Their motivation is simply to hang on to power (and riches) any way they can.

I’ve stated many times since Romney started running for the presidency way back when that I’d never vote for him and I will not. He cannot lie his way out of his decades long record of support for abortion, Roe v Wade, planned parenthood, gay rights, gun control, global warming, amnesty, liberal judges, big government, compulsory or socialized health care (RomneyCommieCare), mandates, Keynesian economics, support and approval of TARP, bailouts, stimulus packages, i.e, every damn liberal progressive issue that comes down the pike.

C’mon. These are the reasons the tea party sprang up and the reasons he and Rove loathe the tea party and our tea party conservative candidates. Romney famously expressed his loathing for Reagan-Bush conservatism several years ago when he was trying to run to the left of Ted Kennedy and now he’s cloaking himself in Reagan conservatism, knowing full well that it’s a lie, but he knows it’s the only way he can possibly win, er buy the Republican nomination.

Screw Romney!! I absolutely will not support or vote for a proven compulsive liar with a known record of abortion and big government socialism, liberal appointments, etc. He still lies about RomneyCommieCare today. Calls it a “conservative solution.” Get real!!

Listen to what Ronald Reagan had to say about the elites pushing socialism on America via compulsory health insurance:

Ronald Reagan speaks out against RomneyCommieCare

There will be no campaign for this Massachusetts liberal liar on FR!!

Damn the libs and RINOS, full steam ahead!!

But no matter what happens we must turn out in November to vote IN as many conservatives and vote OUT as many rats as possible at all levels of government. If we don't have a conservative at the top of the ticket we must turn out anyway and vote straight conservative DOWN ticket!! Just think of it an off cycle election and pour on the TEA!! It'll be doubly important that we control both houses of congress and as many statehouses as possible.

Restore the 10th amendment!! Impeach the leftist president whoever he may be!! Restore Liberty!! Rebellion comes from the bottom up!!

WOO HOO!! I CAN SEE NOVEMBER FROM MY HOUSE!!

No Bama!! No Romney!! Go tea party rebellion!!

I hope you will reconsider. Tempers are short and passions are high. Somehow, a plan will emerge from all this.

That is the most sensible statement on this entire thread.

Romney’s exceptionally weak primary victories so far were bought and paid for by him outspending his opponents in quantities like 20-to-1. I’d feel really good sending those donors a message that they made a bad investment so maybe they’ll stay out of our primaries next time or pick a better candidate.

You can pick Obama2-R over Obama1-D if you want.

The party ID means squat, as Mittens himself pointed out-he’s barely one anyway.

I cannot vote for a liberal, pro-abortion, pro-govcare, anti-gun candidate, no matter what party.

No, I voted for Paul. Unfortunately Paul and Romney were the only ones on my ballot.

And If Romney is the nominee?

I concur. Romney is filth. Less than filth.

I can stomach someone voting for him because of Obama, but if another idiot tells me my vote for the Constitution (or whatever) Party candidate is a vote for Obama, I might hunt them down.

I did not know it was / is illegal to write in candidates names on a ballot in Texas. My thought is this opens up the ballot for fraud. If a ballot is left blank in an election does this not open an opportunity for someone to mark the ballot for a choice, when the actual owner of that ballot did not make a choice?

I have no doubt there will be fraud in this election (a heap of fraud). This surprises me Texas has this law.

A wuss because you are living in fear - just like the POS mitt hoped you would. He designed it that way.

Did you sent you a large donation to NEWT? If not, you can guarantee a Barry win because mitt ain’t going win against barry and you have no one to blame but yourself. You can’t have anything good unless you $upport it.

Either you did not read my post carefully, or you’re one of those people who enjoy being insulting and obnoxious.

I will assume the best and ask you to please read my post carefully.

“Forgive me if I misunderstood your post, but you’re telling us to absolutely insure the Generalisimo gets reelected. Just stay out of the presidential election altogether. I’d vote for just about anyone to bid adieu to President Worse-Than-Carter, Lyndon Johnson, and FDR combined. Are you insane?”

Insanity is voting for Romney and expecting him to be better than Obama.

I have had that same experience with the College Republicans... and I have given them $500.00 a year... up until 2009. That does not stop them from calling and begging. They called me a dim and an obama supporter... just like the drones here on FR are doing. I will not state in mixed company what it is that I told them .

The republican party leadership are NO BETTER than the rat party... they try harder to hide who they are... the dims are now communists and they all but accept that term... the republican elite are just a scamming bunch of political criminals and their money bag... the right wing base... is in rebellion.

All of these people give lip service to returning to small government and to more Liberty and Freedom... but look at the republican platform from 30 or 40 years ago... look at the dim platform of 30 or 40 years ago... they are almost identical to their respective platforms today... but the dims have put into place about 50% of their agenda... and we have very little of ours passed... and these republican elite have no intention of doing anything that they promise... they are incapable because they are what they are and that is corrupt and co-opted. I am so sick that I just do not know what to do or where to turn... except for Christ... and I pray for all of us... all during the day.

What are we going to call the new party, and what color should it be on the maps?

It can't be green. That's for the enviro-weenies. It can't be yellow. Then we'd be called cowards. White would look good on the map mixed in with the red and blue. But then we'd be accused of being racist.

Insanity is voting for Romney and expecting him to be better than Obama.

If he's slightly less liberal than Obama, by virtue of having the GOP in Congress he'll actually get a lot more of his stuff passed. So in practical terms, he might be worse than Obama.

I am already assuming he will be the nominee. I will actively campaign against him in the general (as will many here on FR) and I (and they) will not be helping Obama in the least by doing so.

“That sounds rather like something Cokie Roberts said after she disagreed with some election results that went rightward. And that BS in VA where only Romney and Ron Paul were left on the ballot was definitely the work of the GOP-e. You Romney supporters are being rather disingenuous.”

And here I was under the illusion it was because the campaigns didn’t collect enough valid signatures. Must have been those evil GOP-e operatives who erased them, or something.

This country will not survive another four years of a Marxist traitor, and I will NOT be a part of helping that happen.

On this, we will part ways, my dearest friend, and it grieves me.

There is NO comparison here. Obama is PURE evil. He hates America, and he is doing everything in his power to destroy the country we love.

If we can't unite in our understanding of what Obama is doing to destroy everything we hold dear......everything we love.......and that he must be removed from power, we will destroy ourselves.

May God have mercy on America. We are lost.

I hope it is true the GOP has been doing a side step right for the last 30 some years perhaps beginning with Nixon's evocation of the ‘Silent Majority’ so that a GOP moderate is today what used to be a ‘liberal Republican’.

Now for the rest. Yes i do really hate most government. I spent years working for the feds and even though I worked for one of the legitimately Constitutional functions by the time I left i figured 70% of our activity was just wasting the dollars that somebody actually worked to earn. I despise the lazy undemanding bloated public school bureaucracy that consumes half of my fairly high real estate taxes and can never explain in any understandable manner what its test standards are and produces people who have no clue about what the Constitution says or what the origins are and why it was established as a ‘negative grant of rights’ other than thinking the Preamble to the Declaration is part of the Constitution. Yes I do hate many of the pieces of the federal government, BATF with its fascist mentality and utter contempt for the rights of US citizens, the FBI with its endless pretensions of godlike capacity and its thuggish operational code, the sheer illegality of the actions of most Federal Attorneys, the damned EPA with its overweening arrogance and conceit that i have enduring in dealing with them in intrafederal relations. I can only imagine what they are like in dealing with citizens who have violated or they feel have violated any of their sacred rules which they consider to be like the laws of the Medes and Persians to be eternal and immutable.
Yes i do hate the generations of trolls from the Treasury and the Fed like Geithner and Paulson and Bernake who have debauched our currency and destroyed it as a measure of value and devoured huge amounts of savings of average citizens through their playing god with the dollar. Mostly I hate government for its endless perversion of the limited government maximum individual freedom model the Founders gave us. I hate it because those in DC or the 57 state capitals or thousands of city and county government centers those who serve in government truly feel they are our rulers and not the citizens servant.

Now as for Rove & Co. Yes they do despise rank and file Americans who do not play the role of appropriately grateful serf which is how they see the power equation. One really does have to live in DC for a while to imbibe the haughty contempt that town has for ‘average Americans’. A phrase that drips with condescension and dismissal by those who believe they are a true governing elite. Their idea is that the ‘silent majority’ is supposed to stay silent, vote as told by their betters and not disturb the smooth flow of deal making and boon peddling that is the true mother's milk of the DC political culture.

Is there anyone on this forum that truly believes that a Romney term would be worse than 4 more years of Obama???
