CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) -- Former Vice President Dick Cheney walked onstage without any assistance and spoke for an hour and 15 minutes without seeming to tire in his first public engagement since he underwent a heart transplant three weeks ago.

"He has been an unmitigated disaster to the country," Cheney said of President Barack Obama.

"I can't think of a time when I felt it was more important for us to defeat an incumbent president today with respect to Barack Obama. I think he has been an unmitigated disaster to the country," Cheney said at the Wyoming Republican Party state convention in Cheyenne on Saturday.

"I think to be in a position where he gets four more years in the White House to continue the policies he has, both with respect to the economy, and tax policy, and defense and some other areas would be a huge, huge disappointment," the former Vice President said.

"I can't think of a time when I felt it was more important for us to defeat an incumbent president today with respect to Barack Obama. I think he has been an unmitigated disaster to the country...

Hey, notice how Dick Cheney, respected by ALL of us (I hope) doesn't equate any of the "RINO"s running for President as being as bad as B. Hussein Obama?

Let me repeat what the SPLENDID Mr. Cheney said, only I will say it "louder":

I can't think of a time when I felt it was more important for us to defeat an incumbent president today with respect to Barack Obama. I think he has been an unmitigated disaster to the country..."

Cheney also said he thought Romney would do a whale of a job. So I guess Cheney is now relegated to the outer darkness as a sellout RINO. Right?

Well, Right?? Isn't that the way we judge people here?

a quick perusal of my posts would show that i have less than no enthusiasm for mitt romney, whom i have referred to as, among other things, the white man's obama.

But this thread isn't about Mitt Romney, it's about what Dick Cheney said about balak osama and that incredibly expressive photograph.

—Thanks a heap Starstruck.—

You can thank me too. There is no way I will vote for Mitt. Well, there is one way: If Obama was to admit publicly that he is doing Satan’s bidding.

—The tipping point of the media is about to turn negative against the Annointed One.—

And one of the reasons I don’t believe he will finish his term.

Cheney wants us to get out and vote against Obama? How dare he! Well, I guess we can add Dick Cheney to our ever-growing list of cowardly RINO RomneyBots...

You ain’t seen nothing yet! Obama was caught on a hot mike whispering to es-president of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, that once the election is over, I can be much more flexible.

Obama Agenda for 2nd Term:
_________________________

> Appoint 3 hard left liberals to Supreme Court to replace retiring justices Breyer, Ginsburg and possibly one more unexpected retirement before 2017. Anita Dunn (likes Mao), Howard Baer, Sidney Thomas, Susan Graber, Barry Silverman, Van Jones, are possible candidates. SCOTUS will remain liberal for 30+ years.

> Abortion to be available on demand at any time, free to bottom 50%, and pass law to allow abortionist to kill fetus if born alive. Obama was co-sponsor of this law in Illinois.

> Increase Food Stamp receipient count to 60 million or more. Most will vote democrat to keep the freebie’s coming.

> Grant amnesty to all illegals, creating 10 to 15 million more democrat voters.

> Dismantle US Military. Obama wants parity with our enemies. Why should we be stronger than anyone else?

> Give Billions of tax dollars to radical governments in middle-east. Diminish Israel.

> Increase federal income tax on top 40% of earners, and eliminate all taxes for bottom 60%. Solid 60% democrat majority for future elections.

> Kill Keystone Pipeline, stop drilling on federal lands and offshore. Give Billions in subsidies to green energy outfits who contributed to Obama re-election campaign.

> The bottom 60% to receive Free healthcare, rent subsidies, heating assistance, free internet, free tuition, free tanslators to non-English speaking (already in place), free contraception, free breakfast & lunch & dinner from K thru 12, free transportation to healthcare facilities, free prescriptions, etc. Courtesy of the top 40% taxpayers.

Nobody is more optimistic than me. I rooted for the K.C. Athletics to win the pennant in the 50's and early 60's. I have been rooting for the Royals for the last 20 years. I have been thinking the Chiefs are going to the Super Bowl. I have been waiting for the Missouri Tigers to win a Basketball or Football National Championship since the 50's.

Much as I hate it I have to admit Romney is going to be the nominee. I hate Obama more than KU, Oakland or the Yankees. I hate him more than Clinton, Kennedy, Carter, Pelosi and Reid. But since bad mouthing him might be perceived as pro-Romney I will refrain.

If Dick Cheney is considered a cowardly RINO RomneyBot, then I too will hold that title. Dick Cheney was the best VP this country has ever had and I would be on his side any day.

Well there is no doubt in my mind that Obama knows he is doing Satan’s bidding. Romney is also doing the bidding but I’m not sure he is aware of it. The end result will be the same unless Romney makes a mistake.

Romney sucks, but he doesn't want to destroy America. Obama does. Perhaps it's "grow up" time. Sometimes you have to vote for jackasses to save your country from despots. For his part, Dick Cheney clearly understands the danger we're in.

Do you think we're looking forward to voting for Romney? I still do not know that I can. The thought makes me physically ill. I've held my nose to vote before, and I sure as hell don't want to do it again. But if there was ever a time to suck it up, it's this year, because America may not have the chance again. Marxist revolutionaries surround Obama, and he's one of them. Don't believe it? Wait till you see what they have in store for this summer. Class warfare... on steroids.

And after all that, if I find that I cannot bring myself to pull the lever for Romney, I will most certainly vote down ballot for every non-Leftist I can. But don't kid yourself - this election is the most crucial since 1860, and the result may be similar, either way. God help us.
