pose that simple definition to the division of elections in your state... and ask them how 0bama can be on the ballot

having been president does NOT make you eligible for the office or the ballot

getting away with a crime once does not mean you get to commit that crime into perpetuity

You would be correct if Obama presidency was officially declared to be a crime. Since the reality is opposite, a precedence has been set. So it is not correct to say a crime has been committed. I don’t like it and you don’t like it, but we do not have the authority to make it an official crime. Only the courts and congress have that power.

Therefore it can be repeated, unlike crimes as defined by law.
