Well, President Clinton was right in the video. You hire a president to make the right calls, and I think President Obama made the right one with Osama Bin Laden (OBL). I give him his due on that. So that’s one thumbs up versus hundreds if not thousands down, and I don’t think OBL will make many (any?) voters change their minds.

I agree 100%.
I read where the final decision was made by a Navy Admiral. Zero did it that way so if it went bad he could blame the Admiral. Since it went good nobody knows anything about the Admiral.
If true this definitely needs to come out. . . .

I am so surprised at Obama making one good call in three years that I wonder about his motivation. Was Osama dying anyways because of his kidney problems, and Obama decided to sacrifice him to create a martyr for the cause? Does Obama favor a different faction in the Islamic war against the West, and he decided to knock off the leader of one faction? Did Obama decide that he needed a symbolic victory so that he could declare a version of "peace with honor" and stop fighting to allow the terrorists to win? Did Obama simply want a good campaign ad for this year and order the kill because he values power more than he values his allies? There are several possibilities that would explain Obama's decision and still be in character for a man who hates America, and I think they are collectively far more likely than the possibility that Obama was doing the right thing for the right reasons. I'm still glad Obama did it, but I'm skeptical that he would have done it for a good reason.

All the stuff about how great a leader Obama is made me think a bit. Didn’t there come out several articles from different sources a few weeks after Osama was killed that the Spiker in Chief, with Valerie Garrett whispering in his ear, was really hesitant about this and had not given the actual ok but Panetta was the one who actually pushed Obama into it and gave the actual order? It was only after it went down good that Obama embraced it. Seems to me I heard that. Maybe those who are better at searches can find the article and post it.
