Jason Weinstein, a deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department's criminal division, argued that requirements for warrants at early stages of investigations would "cripple" prosecutors and law enforcement.

The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of The United Staes of America;

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Now what is so unclear about that?

“Now what is so unclear about that? “

Perhaps just exactly how it is We the People are going to go about rubbing the Executive Branch’s nose in the document?

Now what is so unclear about that?

Apparently the same as "shall not be infringed."

My question is this: where do we start when 1) CWII ends with conservative victors OR 2) a revolutionary conservative takes the reigns and starts to roll back 100 years of progressivism?

This, from the guy who sends REAMS of BLANK PAGES when those docs are subpoenaed by Congress.

Who sends officials to be questioned by Congress (for Fast & Furious) to the Mid-East for, “special duty”.

Who won’t release his grades.

Who won’t release his REAL birth certificate.

Whose auto-biography was, “not intended to be factual”.

Whose grand-mother —the only one who spoke of the details of his birth— dies the day before he was inaugurated.

THIS GUY WANTS THIS.

It could be dicey for a while but I have faith that there are people who could lead and do it right. Read the end of “Patriots” by Rawles. Unless you have already, which is danged likely, I’spect.

Use of The King's airwaves is a privilege, not a right.

Those who use The King's airwaves must expect The King, or His Deputies, to monitor what they're saying.

You heard the man.

Requirements for warrants cripple prosecutors and law enforcement.

They are a silly, antiquated custom that has no place in the modern world.

It’s all very nuanced, which you would know if you were a constitutional scholar like his excellency.

if you were a constitutional scholar like his excellency.

If I were a constitutional scholar like his excellency, I'd be unemployed and unemployable.

Unless I had a billionaire commie molding every facet of my life and then pulling the strings to make me dance to his tune.
