About time. Now, waiting for it to be struck down by the courts...

it is. and it'll be more of the same when the supreme court kills it.Perhaps I'm cynical enough to think the governor risks nothing politically in that case.

I heard about this at a fundraiser dinner a week ago thru our US AZ REP Trent Franks...(see cpcphoenix.org)...He said “Arizona is now the SAFEST place for a pre-born baby in AMerica!” Proverbs 24:11 “RESCUE THOSE BEING LED AWAY TO DEATH, HOLD BACK THOSE STAGGERING TOWARD SLAUGHTER”...powerful words for pro-life - We NEED to actively rescue those being led away to death thru abortions...Giving funds for pro-life groups is just a start!

We are most concerned about the women and men who could be forced to go without health care as a result of this bill," said Bryan Howard, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Arizona. Now wait a minute Mr. Howard, you mean to tell me there are no other health care providers for these women and men you are so concerned about? Sounds like a business opportunity. Open a healthcare facility that doesn't offer infanticide and you will be in line for some state funding that planned abortionhood won't be getting.

Planned Parenthood Texas Funding Upheld

The libs are in a full blown panic over Planned Parenthood, and will never let up.

Another small step in the right direction, until Roe v Wade, PP vs Casey, and Doe v Bolton are overturned.

It’s huge for we who oppose funding. Why is government funding any group... one I agree with or one I don’t agree with?

I have no idea why pro-choice advocates do not speak about compassion. Pro-aborts try to beat conservatives over the head with the “hard-hearted bat,” but it would be so very easy to take this weapon away from the libs and start talking, a lot, about the fact that the unborn child being aborted is a sentient being, going through an agonizing death.

But we’re too polite to make anyone feel uncomfortable. Anyone big, I mean.

We have learned some things from this regime; simply ignore the court’s decision, and keep on with the state decision. Let’s see how they handle their own crap.

Has any state actually done that, yet?

I’ll admit I lost track, but IIRC, AZ backed off on Immigration, and Texas backed down from the EPA.

I agree with you. My position on this has been consistent. In the Bible God states that he knows us in the womb. The love shared by a man and a woman becomes manifest at the instant in time that conception occurs. The baby has as much a right to life as any of us do. The left tries desparately to redefine this issue as a woman’s right to choose... but that completely ignores the right to life of the child. A portion is wrong and I will believe this way until my last breath.

And that if anyone else murders that child they will be charged but if the mother and an abortionist do it, it’s ok.
