About time. Now, waiting for it to be struck down by the courts...

it is. and it'll be more of the same when the supreme court kills it.Perhaps I'm cynical enough to think the governor risks nothing politically in that case.

We are most concerned about the women and men who could be forced to go without health care as a result of this bill," said Bryan Howard, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Arizona. Now wait a minute Mr. Howard, you mean to tell me there are no other health care providers for these women and men you are so concerned about? Sounds like a business opportunity. Open a healthcare facility that doesn't offer infanticide and you will be in line for some state funding that planned abortionhood won't be getting.

Another small step in the right direction, until Roe v Wade, PP vs Casey, and Doe v Bolton are overturned.

It’s huge for we who oppose funding. Why is government funding any group... one I agree with or one I don’t agree with?

Thank you Governor Brewer!

I have no idea why pro-choice advocates do not speak about compassion. Pro-aborts try to beat conservatives over the head with the “hard-hearted bat,” but it would be so very easy to take this weapon away from the libs and start talking, a lot, about the fact that the unborn child being aborted is a sentient being, going through an agonizing death.
But we’re too polite to make anyone feel uncomfortable. Anyone big, I mean.
