More than two dozen people were shot across the city between late Saturday afternoon and early Sunday morning.

One died and several others are in critical condition in shootings that left a total of 25 people injured, according to police. A 6-year-old girl was among the wounded.

A reporter on the scene stated that the shooters were wearing hoodies. The reporter was then arrested for a hate crime.

Almost half the residents of New Orleans and Detroit cannot read or write, I don't expect Chicago to be much different, eh?

It would be racist of us to put up signs when we know that so many residents cannot read...the signs would just be a reminder of their plight.

BTW, the 'signs' would be sold for scrap metal like the irrigation pipes were in Zimbabwe.

The desire to have children comes from economics. The breeding with thugs comes from simple reality: a woman without a thug on call, becomes prey for all the other thugs in the neighborhood. My idea is more outlandish.

I would offer every inner-city mother $25,000, a big screen TV, and a year free food from the local chicken fast food store if they would surrender all of their pre-kindergarden children, if any, and get their tubes tied. Single females over 14 as well.

Then I would grant the Catholic church license to open orphanages to raise these children through High School prep school.

So I would simply take away all of the under 6-year from inner city mothers, with their permission, and start from scratch raising the children to be good citizens.

The way we are going, in the year 3050 we will still have inner city families the same as they are today.

You give these biological female parents too much credit. Most likely their spawn is used as an EITC, EBT, AFDC, WICs, SNAP, SCHIP, etc. qualifier. And don't forget when they hit the lottery when their offspring gets killed by a white or white-hispanic....Gravy Train!. No sympathies here whatsoever. I don't give a damn about 'cycles'. I want sane people back in charge that flat out tell these heifer breed cows that they can no longer make money off of having children, period. Leeches all. When they stop getting paid to have babies, they will move on to other endeavors.
