Justin Bieber's brawl with a photog over the weekend isn't going to just disappear ... TMZ has learned the case WILL be referred to the L.A. County D.A. for possible criminal prosecution.
We're told cops have already decided to refer the case to prosecutors, even though the investigation is far from complete. They have requested to interview the Biebs, but he's in Norway now. It's pretty typical for police to refer high-profile cases to prosecutors.
TMZ broke the story ... Bieber's a suspect for allegedly committing criminal battery against a photog in Calabasas Sunday afternoon. The photog called 911 after the scuffle, but by the time cops arrived, the singer had split.
The pap was taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance. He then filed a police report naming Bieber as the culprit.
If Bieber is charged and convicted, he'd face 6 months in jail. But the photog faces an even worse fate -- having to tell people Justin Bieber kicked his ass.
We try to discourage actual racism here from dumbshit white Americans like yourself and anyone else.

He’s here legally, so why should he be deported when millions of criminal illegals get benefits and cost Americans their jobs and even their lives?

Me, too. I read an article in Forbes that says he's been a sharp venture investor with his money, and that he's a self-taught musical prodigy from a single-parent home.
Getting back on topic, it looks to me like the photog was begging for an ass-kicking. Blocking your access to your own car while extorting a photo is a form of assault. Maybe the photog saw more money in a lawsuit than in just another photo, anyway. He just fell right down, it seems.

Because my daughter is a fan I have been kept informed of developments in this - the paparazzi wasn’t totally innocent here and also didn’t call the police or an ambulance until after speaking to a lawyer - all of which occurred AFTER Bieber and Gomez had left.
May be a set-up, maybe not. But Bieber has been taking boxing lessons from Mike Tyson, or so it was reported on ABC this morning.............
BS, the photog blocked his entrance to his vehicle, that is assault. Justin merely defended himself against an assailant and should have stayed and talked to the police. I suppose if someone stood in front of your car door and refused to let you enter you would just thank him/her and walk away, right? Got to give the little guy credit for showing some guts.
So what? I don’t care if he was taking boxing lessons from the ghost of Joe Louis, that has no bearing here. He shoved the guy out of the way. Block my access to my vehicle and I’m going to do the exact same thing.
When my daughter first told me the story, I told her Bieber was wrong for hitting the guy, but as more info has come out, I’ve changed my attitude.
The photog’s lucky he didn’t get his ear bit off.
