Zimmerman 'does not properly respect the law,' judge says in order revoking bond
Orlando Sentinal ^ | June 12, 2012 | Jeff Weiner

The judge who revoked George Zimmerman's bond did so after he determined that it was "apparent" that Zimmerman's wife had lied under oath, and clear that Zimmerman "does not properly respect the law."

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman's bond on June 1, but his written order was filed Monday. In it, Lester lays out his rationale.

sigh... I guess Judge Lester hasn't learned anything from his error in revoking George's bond.

There's more law out there than one personal can possibly comprehend, but the Law says that's no defense.

We're screwed in a Catch 22 situation.

A few of the “Zimmerman is GUILTY — I told you so” hacks resurfaced here after the latest developments.

Can ya blame Zimmerman? Considering what has been done to him.

Has anyone ever been arrested for the bounty for killing Zimmerman?

If his wife lied under oath, shouldn’t SHE be the one in jail?

When your ENTIRE case rests heavily on your credability, and you testify under oath that you are penniless while knowing you have over $100,000 available in an on-line account - you are, in fact, demonstrating that you have do not respect the law.

When you are in jail, and you know your phone calls are monitored, and you use code like “What should we do with the $100” ($100 = $100,000 - that’s one tough code, eh?) you have just furnished proof that your word is worthless.

Zimmerman was an utter fool to do this - he now has given the Prosecution the best weapon they could possibly have hoped for, “reasonable doubt”.

Simply amazing, For a man, (Zimmerman), that does not recognize the law he certainly has been awfully respectful of law enforcement and follows their directions promptly.

As I follow this case more and more I feel that there is a high level of fear about the results of a trial. So to counteract they are doing everything to prejudge and prejudice it in the media before going to courtroom.

The paypal proceeds from public donations for Zimmerman’s defense was widely known and reported in the media prior to that time, so how could there have been an intent to cover this up?

And when, exactly, did George testify that he was penniless?

??? Prosecution doesn’t have resonable doubt as a standard. They have to prove their case.

It is of course extremely important to know which media reports to believe, isn’t it?

Just believe anything that supports “Zimmerman is GUILTY”.

Yeah... that’s the ticket.

...he now has given the Prosecution the best weapon they could possibly have hoped for, “reasonable doubt”.

Your understanding of "reasonable doubt" evidently comes form bizarro world.

If there is reasonable doubt of Zimmerman's guilt, a juror must vote to acquit.

I don't have any idea what your "reasonable doubt" is about.

I don't believe you do, either.

Yeah but she’s not the one they want to lynch. I was thinking that maybe Zimmerman had a chance to beat this considering what an idiot the prosecutor is, but now it seems the judge is in on the lynching as well. Has the judge considered that maybe Zimmerman is just NAIVE? That maybe just maybe he considered those donations for his legal defense not HIS money being that it would be going directly to his defense lawyers? I cannot freakin’ believe what is going on in this case.

ABCCBSCNNNBCFOX/AP reported it, so it must be true!

Maybe George doesn’t respect the occasional clown with a grudge who supposedly apply the law or are tasked to uphold or enforce the law. Id say the current kangaroo court fiasco trying to lynch him is pretty good evidence that George has it about right.

The law only works if you’re a liberal Democrat with a good liberal Democrat cause.

FR has been heavily infiltrated.

They try to only pop up on the heavy-duty political issues for their beloved messiah, but sometimes they just can’t help themselves.
