The judge who revoked George Zimmerman's bond did so after he determined that it was "apparent" that Zimmerman's wife had lied under oath, and clear that Zimmerman "does not properly respect the law."
Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman's bond on June 1, but his written order was filed Monday. In it, Lester lays out his rationale.

Given Zimmerman’s law enforcement demeanor, and his watch captain type, having a concealed weapons license and being armed, and having been involved in this long period of watch captain surveillance and sustained communications with 911, it seems to me more likely that if he confronted Trayvon, he would maintain distance and be ready to deploy his gun.
His pistol would be the focus of his asserting control over, or a defensive posture from, the stranger that he had been watching and discussing with the police.
What kind of grown man under those circumstances would instead be leaping on the person he is watching, to grapple and fist fight, possibly against a knife, exposing his useless but present pistol to whatever might come from it.
What we know for sure, is that all of the resulting physical evidence exactly fits Zimmerman’s claim of being attacked.
I just get frustrated when the height issue is discussed on here and people claim a 7" height difference, or say Martin was 6'3" or 6'4" when the best evidence - a police report by someone who saw him, and an autopsy that measured him - puts him at 5'11" to 6'0".
If somebody's beating your head against the concrete, they can do it just as well as a 6'0" well-formed 17-year-old youth. We don't need to resort to hyperbole.

It is not proof. If the results were reversed I would feel the same about any statement from martin...I would not take it as truth without what the law calls "neutral coroborrating evidence."
If you want to say that it is your opinion that martin attacked zimmerman then that's fine and it may well be so. But for all those who state that the undeniable truth is that martin stalked, circled around on, attacked, assaulted, jumped, etc zimmerman I say show proof.

Unless the inappropriate approach included any physical contact or a display of the gun, even in his belt. At that point TM would have had every legal right to fight the stranger with the gun.
GZ was armed when he got out of the car to follow TM (a confrontational act). Martin ran (an act of avoidance).
GZ had said on tape that 'these a-holes always get away'. Maybe he didn't want this a-hole to get away.
Maybe that happened, maybe it didn't. Nobody knows and that is the whole point.
Remember also that early on we were being told that Trayvon was a mere 140 lbs versus Zimmerman's 250 lbs. Then the forensic evidence shows the truth: 158 lbs for TM and 185-200 for GZ.
I think the reason why the height difference is important is that someone four inches shorter might have second thoughts starting a fight with someone 4 inches taller. And if he were to get into a fracas, the shorter person would be hard-pressed to land any punches. It's not just the height but the arms reach of a taller versus a shorter person.

I dont' think so. Emergency calls to 911 are handled by a county-wide Emergency Communications Center in Seminole county and non-emergency calls are a direct line to the Sanford PD. It wouldn't make sense to tie up operators who handle emergency calls with non-emergency calls.
The burden of proof is the responsibility of the prosecution as well as you (you, are not presuming innocence).
Conservatives use a standard of "innocent" until proved otherwise.....
