Not sure, but Holder may be starting to realize he has met his match. Issa is not a mere Chicago alley thug. Issa is a guy who used to defuse bombs in the Army. He won't buckle just because a faggy black street pimp glowers at him.

Holder’s is corrupt as they come. He has not delivered documents. His only purpose now is to pick off as many RAT house votes on the contempt charge to make it look like a GOP
