ObamaCare in one fell swoop has become the ObamaTax which originated in the U.S. Senate! That is plainly not the way tax laws are made in the Legislative Branch. Must start in the House.

To repeat a comment I posted elsewhere, the answer will be to elect conservative majorities in both Houses and then make sure they know that we expect the first order of business must be the impeachment and removal from the bench of all Justices who voted for this egregious violation of the Constitution.

They hold their office upon the condition of "good behavior" - a clear statement must be made that ignoring the clear words of the U.S. Constitution is never good behavior!
