Americans should vote Republican in November if they want to repeal President Barack Obama's healthcare law, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says.

"I think the chief justice basically said this is up to the American people to decide. We've got one last chance here to defeat Obamacare. We can do that in the November election," the Kentucky Republican told "Fox News Sunday."

Then they better know if the critter they are voting for is Conservative, RINO or fence straddler. Because less than a Conservative, and you won’t get repeal.

...because McConnell hasn’t the testicular or spinal fortitude to do it.

McConnell assumes that we trust him and what he says>

Anybody out there trust McConnell based on his record of opposition to Harry Reid?

Look for the MSM/Govt. propaganda machine to go into high gear with multiple sob stories until the elections.

GOP has its work cut out for it.

I posted this comment on another thread, but I cannot emphasize this point too much, to wit: The bottom line is this: Republicans must win the White House, take the senate, and increase their numbers in the house, and they must do it THIS NOVEMBER if we have any hope of repealing Obamacare. Because once it goes into effect, it will probably become popular, just as Medicare did in the 60s. By the time Nixon took the white house in ‘69, the GOP did not have the strength to repeal it, and we have been stuck with it for over 40 years. Let’s learn a lesson from Medicare, and get GOP candidates elected NOW!!

That’s odd, it wasn’t up to the American People when it came to abortion, the court decided.

“That’s odd, it wasn’t up to the American People when it came to abortion, the court decided.”

Well, that’s completely different. The emanations of the penumbras of the Constitution mean the founders unambiguously intended to turn all decisions about the killing of babies over to the federal courts. It’s right in the Constitution. So in that case, what the American people think is not important.

By way of contrast, the fathers intended Congress’ powers to be limited and specifically enumerated. “Limited” is such a vague word that the supreme court must defer to the legislature on all matters regarding this issue.

Is that clear?

If the eGop pulls off the Senate and House..
both Boehner and Mitch should step down..
Roberts should resign from the court,
Holder should be jailed .. period
and O deported to Kenya

Not clear, eh? Let me try again.

The ruling class believes that, regardless what the rubes think, abortion should be legal. So the laws of 46 states were held unconstitutional on laughably bad legal reasoning. The opinion is celebrated in the NYT and Washington Post.

OTOH, the ruling class believes that wise people, given a bunch of money and power, can fix anything, including healthcare and that the rubes just need to get on board. Therefore, Obamacare was held constitutional on laughably bad legal reasoning. The opinion is celebrated in the NYT and Washington Post.

Now I understand, the elite feel that abortion on demand is legal regardless what the constitution says, they did what Roberts did, make it up as you go
