Years ago, before I found out his Democrat proclivities, I’d have expressed condolences. I will not, however, now.

I am, certain that he will have a long and active voting life for years to come!

RIP Andy! He was always my childhood hero and I think I saw every episode ever made. I was a little disappointed when I found his political leanings but not as much as I was with Opie, Ron Howard.

This is one time I don’t even want to know.
The Andy Griffith Show is my favorite show of all time. I can watch it dozens of times, and I have, and laugh everytime.
Otherwise, Andy Griffith is in God’s hands now.

This movie kicks so much ass.
It's a shame Andy didn't get the irony when
he went off the rails politically late in life...

Well Golly, aren’t you special. Only the very shallow, ignorant person would exclude himself from basic civilities based solely on another’s political leanings.

RIP, Andy - you were a good cracker.

He was moe than a registered Democrat — he was a super-liberal to the core.

Oh come now, just because he did commercials trying to sell the American people on the virtues of Bambycare!!

How he could have starred in the show, read the parts, acted them out and then watched the results and still vote/support the Party that hates Mayberry and its citizens is a mystery.

I wonder if all actors struggle with reality?

Why do I have a feeling that Andy would be saddened if you died, regardless if your political feelings were different than his? He struck me as that kind of class act. RIP Andy.
