A female physician was named today in a felony complaint accusing her of assaulting a letter carrier who pepper-sprayed her pit bull when the dog attacked him as he delivered mail last month on a leafy Maryland street.

The lady’s dog should have been secured- especially since she knew the mailman would be by (or at least she should have).
(disclaimer: I’m not especially fond of Pits, either, but having known a few, they are popular subjects of sometimes unwarranted sensationalism. Any breed can be a lethal weapon if they’re handled a certain way)
Good for you, I’ve known a few pits and as with most
dogs, it depends on the owner.
Oddly enough, the only ones I don’t really trust are
Chows.

the post office can then refuse to deliver your mail, they will make you get a PO box. Postman are not considered a snack...
