In the wake of two controversial U.S. Supreme Court decisions -- Obamacare and the Arizona immigration law -- in which a so-called conservative Chief Justice joined left-wing Justices in his ruling, multi-billionaire and far-left icon George Soros is financing a almost $50 million campaign to reshape America's state and federal courts, according to several legal and political science scholars.

Whittaker Chambers wrote about the War between Good and Evil in Witness. He also thought the Good was losing in the 50’s because people were not willing to pledge their life for the cause. They looked the other way when evil came to their towns and allowed it to seep into curricula and TV. They just let the bread and circuses amuse them and did not rock the status quo—to be popular and part of the “hip crowd”.

People like McCarthy, Chambers, Goldwater who were willing to confront the extreme evil pouring into American institutitons were destroyed by the Communist press. Ideas were shaped for the masses by these Marxists in Hollywood and NYT and the constant propaganda that American press was a “free press”. Of course, Solzhenitsyn refuted that America’s press was any better than that of Stalin’s in 78 Harvard commencement address. It is on the Web and worth reading. He was another person who understood the Truth.

I believe this. Before 2016, upwards of four Justices will be retiring. Whomever is president will have tolhe opportunity to stack the court 6-3 in his favour.

Given that Obama and Romney share many of the same ideals that does not bode well for that branch.
