Using a pseudonym is NOT a crime. We all do that here in FR.
Exercising one’s first amendment right is not a crime either. Someone ought to be defending this man. Where’s the ACLU when you really need them?

Those are good questions. I honestly don’t know. He may be getting a lot more credit/blame than he deserves. What’s also a possibility is that he is being given that credit because he is an easy target and can be gamed so Obambi can save face with his fellow travelers.
