Obama’s Debate Strategy: Unilateral Disarmament?(It's official, they are turning on Obama
Times ^ | October 3,2012 | Joe Kline

Posted on 10/03/2012 9:10:05 PM PDT by Raycpa

Well, I’m with all the other talking heads: Mitt Romney won this debate. Barack Obama lost it. I mean, he got his butt kicked. It was, in fact, one of the most inept performances I’ve ever seen by a sitting President.

.....

But I must admit, once again, to being mystified: Did the President send out his body double tonight? Because if that was the actual Barack Obama out there, I’m not sure he can communicate well enough to be an effective President in a time of trouble, to say nothing of winning a second term.

Give the guy a break. He has not been able to take a vacation for months because he was too busy campaigning and fund raising.

With what's been going on in the world and our economy he should have forgotten the fund raising and campaigning. If he would have done so his poll numbers would have been higher.

Seriously, what did we expect? What can he say for himself, for his policies, for his administration? This is a demagogue like an Erich Honacker, or a Janos Kadar. Haven’t we known it for 4 years?

Fast and furious too. On another note, I wonder what Mccain is thinking now that he saw someone own Obama.

Rush is exactly right. Obama is basically a lazy dude. Comes from years spent on Hawaiian beaches smoking weed and God knows what else. Odumbo much rather have parties in WH, mingle with the Hollywood crowd and play golf on all the elite private courses. Actually I like anyone who is an avid golfer, so I like that one thing about Odumbo.

Reminds me of of the last scene in “Being There”...only he’s finally not walking on water any more.

I have never thought Obama gave good speeches. Mediocre at best, the media just fawns over him so much they define them as good.

I thought when Michelle came up on stage she had an “I'm sorry” look on her face as she approached the one. And idiot Obama agrees to debate on his anniversary, probably thinking he'd score points with his “Happy Anniversary” spiel and instead he has tarnished his Anniversary forever as the day he lost the election.

The MSM was in melt down after the debate. As my husband put it, they were wetting their pants. Eliot Spitzer said that, that wasn’t the guy that we wanted to put out there to vote for, that he didn’t even try to counter the $713 billion in medicare cuts.

Next debate will be worse for him. It’s townhall-style, so unless they completely and totally pack the audience with shills, he’s going to stammer and stutter and wander even worse.

Obama is not even as good at reading speeches off a teleprompter than he was 4 years ago.

I have always seen Obama as standing in from of a mirror for 10 hours a day practicing and polishing his speech making skills and admiring himself in the mirror as struck dramatic, heroic poses. Kind of like political vouging.

He really is more an actor than orator.

All with the goal of making it big.

Now that he has it made in the big house, he has gotten lazy and no longer works 10 hours a day in from of a mirror practicing and posing to polish his oratorical delivery. He is the only President I have ever seen whom is worse at public speaking at the end of his term than at the beginning.

Most Presidents grow into the job and even the supposedly tongue tied GWB was a pretty impressive speaker towards the end of his Presidency, especially off the cuff. But not Obama, he has shrunk in both ability and stature as his time as President has grown.

Someone was out in the audience to couch him and help him cheat.

Obama is the kind of guy who draws energy from the crowd. With it silenced, he had Nothing positive to react to. He is intellectually lazy.

It has to be Bush's fault! Everything is Bush's Fault! The spoiled milk in the frig is Bush's fault... just trying to help the lost Obots find their focus point.

One thing is for sure, at this years press correspondence dinner Jim Lerher will get a milk crate to sit at at the back door.

Jim Lerher was suppose to be asking questions with skewed liberal promises, that’s the mainstream media’s oath. He may well be excommunicated if not burned at the stake.

Jim ole boy, your in a fix now, it’s time to start spending your days at the horse track. No book deal! No invite to Dan Rather’s house!
