“They sense a blowout of epic proportions and are worried about their credibility.”

No, they sense that MSNBC has overtaken them and unless they get the libs who jumped to Fox back, they will go into the dustbin of history as the Betamax of cable TV.

The other hard left wing Hussein Heads egged on Biden, “Go get ‘im, Joe” was common.

I said this on another thread: overheard one of Holder's people this morning say: "Did you see our Vice President put that little boy in his place last night?"

Everyone had Ryan winning. Only question left is, “Who did Snuffalupagus pick?”

I cannot help wondering if Biden could have scored better if he hadn’t been constantly smirking, chuckling, and interrupting. He came off for the most part as a pompous ass.

“He was overplaying it to make up for Obama.”

The passive/aggressive team. Why can’t they be normal?

The poll CNN is talking about is NOT an online poll, it’s a poll of registered voters who watched the debate.

Obama was told not to fight. Be cool. Don’t be a mad black man. Good cop.

Joe was told to be attack dog fighting. Bad cop.

Both overplayed it. Obama looked disconnected and uninterested. Joe seemed over the top crazy.

He might as well get used to it. AS VP he will get worse than twitter hate tweets.

He turned off women voters.

My wife who tends to be very apolitical and doesn't listen to this stuff much at all listened to the first half of the debate on the radio and watched the second half. She was totally appalled at Joe Biden and his demeanor, rudeness, and tone. She told me he needed a good whipping and put in timeout until he could behave himself.

My take was somewhat similar but also I think it is a scary thing to have someone this unhinged only a heartbeat away from his finger on the nuclear button!!!

Yep and all he accomplished was he came across as an arrogant obnoxious bully. That’s the thing I love about Democrats: They destroy themselves.

“Obama can now toughen up his game a bit and still not appear obnoxious.”

Yeah, I’m trying to remember when I’ve seen Hussein talk and act tough without his teleprompters and all I can come up with is when he addresses a room filled with nothing but racist supporters.

Should be interesting next time.

It was obvious that the entire game plan last night was to make noises, laugh, and interrupt so that Ryan could not get a sentence out. Both Biden and the Mod would make a noise or simply stop Ryan every single time he put two sentences together. I turned it off and took the dog for a walk as it was becoming dangerously close to the time where I put my foot through the TV. I couldn’t even hear him because of the laughing, muttering, sputtering old fool sitting next to him. I thought Ryan handled it very gracefully because he was obviously expecting it, but it pissed me off to the point I couldn’t watch. The only thing Biden did not do was cover his ears and scream, “LA LA LA LA LA LA LAAAAAA!!!!!”

So the undecided were not changing their decisions, huh?

I guess that should be “undecided were not changing their INdecision”, right?

Oh yeah, the Palin mention was a "moment among Liberals," where he said her name, followed it with an eyeroll and that leering, creepy grin he has. The clear implication was, "Ryan, you sound just as dumb as that stupid bimbo I had to debate last time." It did not come across well. I think the remark was something about the death panel debate. "Oh yeah, I heard that same death panel argument when I had to debate (smirk) Sarah Palin (eyeroll) (cheesy leer)." It was really that obnoxious.

It seemed to me watching the debate that Biden’s had a face lift. No doubt about that.. He took a long hiatus, I think..?

All I know is if Romney allows the debate moderator and Obama to dictate the flow of the debate like Paul Ryan did, he is going to get his clocked cleaned and Obama is going to cruise to re-election.

I think conservatives need to realize that consultants likely coached Paul Ryan to be Mr. Nice guy, and as a result he allowed Biden to look like a winner, even while Biden acted like a baffoon. It was frustrating to watch how much Ryan left on the table. My advice is you either play to win or don’t play at all. The strategy of playing not to lose wasted everyone’s time.

Joe Biden basically said that the Catholic Church has nothing to worry about when it comes to the HHS mandate. Ryan should have asked Biden straight up, “so Mr. Vice-President, does this mean that the Catholic Church can offer the exact same policies they have been offering in recent years, they don’t have to change a thing? Please tell us the answer.”

When opportunity knocks you better answer.

That is awesome on so many levels.
A) it was done FAST
B) it was done WELL
c) it plays on the aspect that is strongest from the debate [Biden’s inappropriate laughter.]

It was perfect.
