I could only stand to watch about 30 minutes of the debate because of Biden’s constant laughing and smirkiness. Haven’t seen the polls but I suspect initial reaction was that Biden won the debate because of his rudeness and butting in. But in the next few days I suspect people will see it for what it really was, disrespect and dishonesty. This ad highlights this attitude and is great. Joe was the loser.

I’d say Biden was laughing because he knew all of what Ryan was saying was true, and he and the Zero could laugh all the way to the bank because of the “Stimulus” slush fund. He was probably thinking, “That was a big f***ing deal!” after every Ryan point.
