I very rarely come to FR these days, let alone depend on it for debate live threads. This site hasn’t been able to handle the volume for a long time, the “new servers” have been coming for years, same rhetoric over and over again, I just don’t have the patience for this nonsense.

Paul, all of your suggestions are spot on. Anytime government subsidizes something, be it healthcare, real estate, or college costs, those costs will invariably go up.

Also, when welfare is abundant and simple to obtain, many people will turn to the easiest solution instead of finding the unskilled jobs Obama doesn’t seem to be worrying about providing. Not everyone is capable of keeping a high-skilled job, and Barack Obama is the poster child for that little factoid.

I agree with you on that, that they tried to pull the wool over people's eyes and say it was the result of some obscure video in stead of telling us the truth in fact it was terrorism.
What I meant was, after last night that the excuse it was the result of the video, now that is lost in space now, they can't fall back on that excuse anymore..

I caught that, too. It is on the record, Obama did NOT say it was an act of terror in the Rose Garden (although his statement last night shows that he knew at the time that it was), then he continued on with the lie about the tape for 2 more weeks. I think Romney did very well with that and I think Obama’s statement will be used as further evidence that he was lying from the beginning of the Benghazi fiasco, especially now that Crowley has come out and said that she was wrong on it.

Fox just reported that obama said, at 10:09 PM in the debate, that within 20 minutes he WAS ON THE TELPHONE WITH HIS NSA GETTING ALL THE INFORMATION. So he KNEW within 20 minutes of the attack that it was a terrorist operation. Bill Hemmer says no one seems to have caught that little gem.

We need to answer the question of what did the communists/marists obama adm. really inherit from GW Bush? It has never been answered and desperately needs to be answered.

Its not tough to do either.

Basically, we inherited a housing collapse courtesy of fannie and freddie, the dems, barney frank,Franklin raines, obama suing so anyone can get a loan etc., etc. They will point to a near 800 billion tarp as well. Problem is that money was repaid by the banks so its really a non issue.

The economy tanked big time because of what the dems forced through Congress and than sued to maintain until it was obvious that they had screwed up once again. Time we set the record straight.

Good post,Obamas ability to lie about everything and then go Axelrod engaging in projection like mad is somewhat effective.

The only counter to it is for Mitt to anticipate the lie, correct for it, stand his ground after making his argument. It's slick what the regime does but truth will always win in the end.

I think Romney’s delivery was a little off on the benghazi/video question since fat candy kept interrupting to save the dear leader.

Whoa! This means that 1) not only did he know, 2) he didn’t do a thing to help those in the consulate and 3) he knowingly LIED about it and had others lie for 2 WEEKS!

I really, really hope that this little tidbit grows legs! It would be awesome if 0’s lies and deception came unraveled just in time for the next debate.
