The University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill has removed the word “freshman” from official university documents, citing as their reason an attempt to adopt more “gender inclusive language.”
We are “committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our community,” reads a statement administrators sent to Campus Reform on Wednesday.

Normal English is, of course, gender inclusive. But that is not what these compulsion driven neurotics are seeking. They want to pretend that sexuality is not a factor in our intellectual perceptions & academic potential. This is not about the gender of words; it is an attack on the normal sexuality of students.

Yes, “Freshman” could possibly be misconstrued.
Taking a cure from the feminazis, we could just change the spelling to “Freshmyn.”
Alternatively, the four classes could be designated by ordinals: 1st Year, 2nd Year, etc.
Or, UNC being a center of higher education, we could use inclusive words with a classical derivation like “plebe” (plebian) or “hoi polloi.”
Finally, we could default to what upperclassmen actually think of the freshmen, “dumb sh*t.”
Because who doesn’t like being called a “chair”?

This just shows what the mouth-breathers at UNC think is important. How about ditching its useless social justice courses and journalism department which cost big bucks and will be a total waste of time and money to graduates? Now THAT would be relevant to the current economic situation.
