Turnout has been good at my precint. Wife says it was real busy at 7 am cst today. The before work crowd.
I went at 1:30 pm today and I was in and out in five minutes. Steady but not packed. They had 8 machines total and it quick to do the paperwork and then get a machine.
Started filling up as I left. Workers said it picks up in the late afternoon and then especially with the after work crowd.
This precint will go probably 90% for Romney.
Only four things to vote on: President; US Senator; our US Representative and my state rep.
I voted for Romeny but NOT for Sen. Bob Corker. Corker will win easy so I voted for the Constitutional candidate. I went ahead and voted for Marsha Blackburn although she had more opponents this time than past. She’s a shoo-in.
My state rep, Joe Durham, was unapposed so basically won the seat by winning the primary.
Voted in Olathe, KS mid morning. Very orderly, not too busy. Touch screen worked without flaw. Several other polling places had several cars in pk lots.
According to local radio...
Boston turnout DOWN 7% compared to ‘08.
Huge turnout in suburbs, especially Republican strongholds, like Attleboro.
This will work in Brown’s favor.
I am amazed that they didn't figure this out sooner. LS, Ravi, and others have been tracking this for a month.
Will we see a “TsuRomney” before it’s over?
Get gas back down to $2, cripple the EPA nazis, and watch this depression melt away like a spring snow . . .
My toilet was made in Mexico. I am a plumber so I know what to do. I only eat Mexican food.
“”Get gas back down to $2, cripple the EPA nazis, and watch this depression melt away like a spring snow . . .””
EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you. It’s been a community wide effort. First of all I want to thank this random citizen, Jose, on twitter for putting that spreadsheet together.
WHY NO MSM/REPUBLICAN OUTLET WOULD HAVE KEPT UP WITH THAT IS BEYOND ME!
But thank you, thank you, Jose. We added bits here and there but that was all him, every nite or every few nites, going to 88 counties’ websites and calculating R/D/I for that day/week. Very tedious work and he did it!
But once that data was out there - it was easy for anyone to see. MSM chose to ignore it at their own peril.
But we saw it and analyzed it and knew their turnout models, proportion of R/D/I in polls, percentage of early voting - none of it made any sense in their public polls based on this data.
They were blinded to reality.
I have a relative who works for your governor (dem, right?)and it was reported to me that at a family function this weekend, he was crabbing about how lousy the economy is...
he’s a big Obambot...
wish I had been there!
Voting was heavy here in Virginia. I voted for the Democrat with five houses rather than the one-house Democrat. Yeah, I’m a “lesser of two evils” guy.
Seriously! FR working better than lots of other sites today!!
If it stays up all night I am donating big tomorrow!!
Lines here in the Orlando area are extremely long. Heavy heavy turnout!
I am grateful to say our three adult sons ALL voted for Mitt, whether absentee or in person. I am so please to have adult children voting now.
Thank you Hokiemom and all poll watchers and etc. You do your country a great service, and I hope to join you some day.
Montgomery County, MD - at 3:15 virtually no wait, but a steady trickle if people coming and going. No indication of total turnout so far.
What are you talking about, this Jose spreadsheet? I’d like to see it.
Hannity’s buddy Billy Cunningham is reporting as of 3 O’clock the turn out in the heavily Repub Hamilton county Ohio is about 75% and may make 80%.
OBama is toast in Ohio.
“I am probably in the minority “
That’s how they want you to feel!
