Story at link (am on my phone)...Laura may sign with ClearChannel/iHeart radio...bigger markets?
And also, she lost my respect when she bashed Palin with Coulter right on her Bill O show that she sat in for. No, that is not being emotional..it’s seeing a person’s true colors. They may not like Palin for her voice, or her family, her youth or her appearance but Palin is conservative. She just needs maturity and that’s not a bad thing. These girls were afraid that Palin would be the leader of the conservative voice to where they would be old news. If the Gop were not so politically correct guided, we could have won and no Obama the first time..I blame most of our probs with them not conservatives.
Who cares, she annoys the hell out of me with her man voice. Plus that video of her with this snobby b*tch elitist attitude is everything I hate about the Repub-E party. “How dare this street bug speak to me”. Who needs her.

I agree with you. I forget what she did to turn me off but she has.
here’s the article...I was on my smart phone earlier and could post link but not article
Nationally syndicated host Laura Ingraham has left Talk Radio Network amidst rumors she will soon be jumping to an IHeartRadio.com based platform with Clear Channels Premiere Radio Networks.
Tammy Bruce is currently filling in on Ingrahams TRN show until a permanent replacement is named. LauraIngraham.com has been purged of its affiliate directory. Ingraham is the second major personality to exit TRN in the past few months, following Michael Savages departure to Cumulus.
INSTANT INSIGHT: Considering most of Ingrahams affiliates are in smaller markets, a shift to a Clear Channel internet platform could increase her exposure in larger markets while still being syndicated to those lesser markets and additional Clear Channel stations.
VERY GOOD! Great econ. knowledge. But the most entertaining, and passionate, and brutal towards the enemy (kinda like Newt) is Chris Plante on WMAL 105.9 in DC. After four years of the man, I love his show as much as I did on day one.
I like Laura, but her voice is like chalk on a blackboard.
After Rush, Malzberg is my favorite.
That was very unprofessional and inappropriate behavior in any workplace situation. I would not have taken her abuse. She is so lucky the others were remaining calm and dignified. What an insight; she seems to worship herself. Never seen this one before.
Ingraham and other talk radio hosts better be making plans to broadcast from shortwave stations in Canada and Mexico as I see Obama and the FCC killing talk radio in the US with a new “fairness” doctrine. The Internet and especially Internet blogs like this will soon be under UN control and of course censored. Free speech in the US will end under Obama.
Boston's Michele McPhee (fill ins on WRKO) is a real nails on the chalkboard voice.

>>One of the questions that came up during my noon online chat was why conservative talk host Laura Ingraham didnt do her show on WQRT-AM Real Talk 1160″ this morning, or any of her affiliates. Heres the answer: She abruptly left the Talk Radio Network but she could be back on Real Talk 1160 very soon, says owner Jon Yinger. Heres his email: Wow, that Ingraham deal came from nowhere. She called Rob Williams (Real Talk program director) late yesterday and said she was walking from TRN but would return soon. I just got off the phone with her and she is telling me that the show will return quick, quickly and at the same time slot. Well see. I understand that TRN is announcing that Monica Crowley will be the replacement host at 9AM.

Talkers Magazine says her departure comes as no surprise to industry observers who have long known of the not-so-secret friction that has existed for years between Ingraham and TRNs top management. Michael Savage abruptly left TRN/Real Talk 1160 in September
Dennis Miller took over Laura's morning spot and she was moved to evenings.
I like Miller for the most part. I never went back to Beck, partly because CC sold the AM/FM pair he was on, and FM went to music in stereo, and the new owners really messed up the AM schedule of offerings. I used to miss talk on FM, but since C2CAM has all but become unlistenable, not so much.
Generally, it's TV in the evenings, so listening to Laura is rare.
from her facebook:
After more than 9 years with the distributor Talk Radio Network, I decided it was time to move on. After much thought and reflection, I have decided to pursue my first loves—modern dance and the xylophone. In the highly unlikely event that
these efforts do not prove fruitful, I intend to return to radio.
Seriously—to the more than 300 stations that carry the Laura Ingraham Show and to all my loyal listeners, I feel the time is right to expand and retool my radio program and to explore other syndication options, which I am now actively pursuing. During this brief hiatus, my team and I will continue to deliver thought-provoking and entertaining analysis via my website lauraingraham.com and twitter @IngrahamAngle. And of course, I’ll be doing my regular appearances on Fox News. I anticipate making an announcement concerning the show in the near future. Stay tuned
That said, I sure hope this doesn't have anything to do with her health.
I found her show generally okay, but she’s consistently too beltway-ish for my tastes. Turned me off a bit when during the town-hall protests and initial tea-party gatherings and all that grassroots activity, she was always busy in her DC cocoon boostering Romney, of all people. And this was pre-midterms, when he wasn’t all over the place. Got increasingly and gratuitously snarky towards Palin, too. Haven’t totally written LI off like Coulter, but I’ve grown quite wary and distrustful of these voices that reflect the northeastern GOP-E Party elites as opposed to conservatism.
One thing I like about her show - she plays and knows music from after 1980.
I wonder if Beck is the odd man out and if she goes with iHeart/Clear Channel she will begin to replace Beck on Beck affiliates in the Clear Channel stable.
She got moved to WBAP on time-delay in the DFW market, destroying most of her listenership down here. She was in the morning market, opposite local and was an alternative. I’ve started listening to Patriot on Sirius and on-line as alternatives to the morning local talk shows. Just boring.
For me the best woman on radio is Dana Loesch. Since I found her and her podcasts on KFTK’s website out of Saint Louis, I never miss her. It started with the Kenneth Gladney incident in 2009 at a Townhall. So for the past three years I have been listening to her radio show podcasts. But I have followed Laura Ingraham since 1994 when her show ran on weekends on the local stations here in Kansas City. In my area I have heard Laura for years, but I fell out of favor after latching on to both the Glenn Beck program and Rusty Humphries. So I mostly listened to them and others. I have seen her on Fox News before. i wish her well.
WOW. The idea of Monica Crowley going national and on weekdays is nice. She is one of the people I like. Another show to check out.
