There is NO alleged in this assault.
The only people who have to assume alleged is the jury.

This could set the precedent that union thugs are not exempt from the Hobbs Anti-Extortion Act when they commit violent acts while seeking to advance so-called "legitimate union objectives."

ABOUT TIME!!
Many here were pounding on the police for not doing anything. Well, no complaint had been filed. Now it has. Let us see what happens...

I will pray for him and his wife and I do hope he sues the union if that is possible. These thugs have to learn a lesson. There should be jail time.
I hope the hot dog stand owner also files charges for damages and that he too will sue.

Eric Holder will review the video and see no evidence of wrongdoing as he did when the Black Panthers broke the law and wielded billy clubs directly in front of a polling place.

What is the name and address of that thug in the black jacket?

Greta had a Lansing police spokesman on last night. Judging by his attitude, something tells me nothing will come of this complaint. He seemed intent on underplaying the violence even though it was caught on video.

Good for Crowder, he should have filed it right away.
Any union criminal involved in this should be prosecuted as well as the ones threatening him and his wife after the fact, hopefully those cowards can be tracked down.

Fox News Contributor Steven Crowder Files Criminal Complaint After Alleged Assault By Pro-UnionAlleged assault? Well, I did see a photo of the union thug's alleged fist hit Crowder's alleged chin.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, even more slowly when the one filing a criminal complaint is a well-known Fox News reporter, and the one committing the assault is a union official. This will be interesting to watch.
Prayers up for the safety of Crowder and his family.

And Crowder also should see the guy for civil damages . . . and add the President as a defendant for inciting and encouraging the violence with a history of his idiotic statements like his supporters should get in the faces of opponents.
