Secretary Clinton's "Accountability Review Board" (ARB) declared multiple times in its unclassified report that although there were multiple failures in leadership, "management ability," allocation of security resources and communication, the board could not find "reasonable cause" to discipline (or even name) one person in the State Department.
The report states that there was a breakdown in communication between Libya and Washington. It confirmed previous testimony given on Capitol Hill that the personnel in Libya did ask for increased security. However, the ARB found that those working at the embassy in Tripoli "did not demonstrate strong and sustained advocacy" for increased security at the "special mission" in Benghazi. The report goes on to say that the diplomatic security staff in Benghazi in "the months and weeks" leading up to the attack (and on the day of the attack) was "inadequate, despite repeated requests." The ARB found that the security of the Benghazi special mission "was not a high priority for Washington when it came to security-related requests, especially those relating to staffing."
Amazingly, however, the ARB made sure to extensively absolve anyone in the State Department from being accused of being derelict of their duty:

TRANSLATION: “I don’t recall.”
Yes , a cover-up !
Someone gave the order to “STAND DOWN” .
That person needs to be identified ,and appropriate action taken !
In government, you almost never hear of people who severely screwed up being held to account. However, if their last name is Nixon, or they’re considered to be a Republican, look out!
It’s Washington. No one is ever accountable.
We didn’t think they really meant it, they didn’t say pretty please or stamp their feet...
Unconscionable.
Rats are never responsible for their disasters and failures.
The highest levels of government officials have
ended up murdered (Mr. Foster and the Ambassador) without
ANY serious investigation or accountability.
Accountability in DC is a joke.
“I must accept full responsibility, but not the blame. Let me explain the difference. People who are to blame lose their jobs; people who are responsible do not.” From David Frye’s parody of Nixon.
I hope I'm wrong, but something, or somebody soon is going to turn our cold war hot.

If this was a Republican president the roar from the left for the SOS to resign would be deafening. Not one Republican has even suggested that Hillary resign. Shaking my head.
The Democrats accused the Republicans of 'politicizing Benghazi' for attempting to find out what happened there. I've cited two major examples of how Benghazi was politicized by 0bama so as to AVOID HARMING HIS RE-ELECTION. ALLOWING FOUR AMERICANS TO DIE, TWO OF WHOM FOUGHT FOR OVER 7 HOURS NEVER RECEIVING BACKUP BY THEIR COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF IS SICKENING AND DISGUSTING and for 0bama to 'skate' on this is a crime of complicity by our Congress!
I implore ANYONE to tell me what 0bama would have to do to get impeached. Name ONE thing 0bama would have to do to get impeached.. Send weapons untraced to drug cartels? Watch four Americans die without trying to save them? Start wars in foreign lands without Congressional approval? Overturn federal law without Consent of Congress? Openly state refusal to enforce federal laws (Immigration and DOMA)? Steal and election? Sue States? Fund a terrorist group (MB) to become Dictators of Egypt? You can't!!!
Shaking mine too... Good call.
If nobody’s responsible, why are people resigning?
I recall the former National Security Adviser, Sandy Berger, violating his secrecy agreements with the United States Government, and intentionally stealing Top Secret documents. And he got a slap on the wrist. Washington is the one place where you can screw the whole country and suffer no consequences. That is because the people there have odd rules of courtesy, which requires them to cover the posterior of those in the political class who do things that would get us arrested and punished.
Of course. They fired 3 innocent people and the true perpetrators got way with their crimes.
I had to laugh at the network radio news coverage of the hearings this morning.
The reader gravely said “Senator John Kerry was not mincing his words”
Kerry: “Clearly mistakes were made.”
