The First Amendment was "nationalized" by the Supreme Court? Not sure what he means here. The Bill of Rights applies to the nation... and then to the several states via "incorporation" by SCOTUS.

Methinks he's just a grumpy Righty who's not so well-educated himself.

(Nice to see some smackdown of Lefty ideals on campus, though.)

Slight correction: Smear the Queer is NOT dodgeball. When playing smear the queer, the object was to throw a ball to one specific person, who then tries to run from the rest of the group which is trying to tackle said person with the ball as violently as possible. Now, that was entertainment!
