Entirely possible, and that would make the SCOTUS an accessory to fraud on a grand scale, unmatched in history (that I can think of anyway).

I think Roberts expected Romney was going to win and this four year unconstitutional nightmare would be over.
Since it didn’t happen, all bets are off.
But why didn’t he (Roberts) just reject it like Kennedy did?

Sometimes I wonder who Orly is working for.. She’s got all the IRREFUTABLE evidence in the world yet she seems to stumble when in court.. After awhile it becomes no accident. All the SCOTUS has to do is DEMAND that the State of Hawaii provide 0bama’s ORIGINAL birth records and it’s a DONE DEAL. No if’s, ands or butts.. 0bama’s goose is cooked if Onaka and company were ORDERED to fess up and it would be proven that 0bama or his mother or grandmother STOLE Virginia Sunahara’s birth record and placed 0bama’s name on it. Simple as that. Hawaii will NOT allow Virginia’s brother Duncan to even SEE his sisters original birth record.. Hawaii said that 0bama’s record might get “TORN” in the process. YEAH, F’ING RIGHT SURE UH HUH...

Cant be it. Were he the key player that resulted in Obama hanging himself in a cell then Im pretty sure that the rest of us could forget about that pretty quickly.

Perhaps not... Roberts may just have figured out that he got rolled. He may not have expected Obama to loose and the republicans to get rid of Obamacare. When that happened he realized what he had done.

That Roberts’ legacy will say he was a republican party hack CJ of SCOTUS. Roberts is trying hard to appear neutral.
