About 8 months ago there was a prominent case posted here at FR in which the cops actually came to the house at 5 a.m. and simply BLEW AWAY the deer they’d been nursing.
No warning or anything.

We call them ditch rats here. It takes $1,500 in steel to make a bumper that will save a pickup.

Try raising orphaned RACOONS and see what reaction you get. RACOONS carry a terrible virus which has killed TWO persons in the US. They also carry rabies. AARG. They will probably die of distemper because no vet will touch them or give you the medicine to treat them.
