The only big problems I have with this scenario are that using this guy could have opened him up to harm...and the fact that they charged him.A person with an IQ in the 50's cannot,IMO,be held criminally (or even morally) responsible for illegal or immoral acts.If I was the family of this guy I'd do my best to have everyone involved in having him criminally prosecuted sent to Club Fed for a good long time.Drop the charges,OTOH,and I'm not nearly as uspset.
Go ahead...flame away!

Just to refresh memories, yes, it's another aspect of
that ATF operation:
"Along with the M-4 .223-caliber fully automatic rifle stolen from an agents vehicle was a Smith & Wesson 9mm handgun and a Sig Sauer .40-caliber pistol. The M-4 and the Smith & Wesson havent been found, although the article says a suspect hid it under his bed. The suspect was questioned, refused to talk and was released. How does anyone know the M-4 was hidden under bed??? The suspect name was not revealed in the JSOnline article. Somewhere theres an M-4 machine gun on the loose. Is this Fast and Furious II? Is there another victim like Brian Terry yet to report?"

ATF guns, including a machine gun, were stolen from an agent's vehicle; agents lost a ballistic shield; the storefront was burglarized of what agents said was nearly $40,000 in merchandise; agents left behind sensitive documents after they shut down the operation; and at least three of the wrong people were charged. In addition, agents damaged the building and ran up utility bills, then refused to pay the landlord and warned him against pursuing the matter. If the government really wanted to save money, which it doesn't, they'd shutter the ATF. Not only would it save money, but the crime rate and the number of illegal weapons on the street, would likely be reduced.

I’m really surprised that the NAACP, the SPLC, Jesse Jackson, and all the rest of the race whores aren’t on the scene and protecting this black man.
I don’t care if he’s black, white, green or purple.
If this man truly has an IQ in the 50s, it is most assuredly certain the ATF manipulated him extensively. It is a blatant case of entrapment. I would dearly love to be on his jury. I’d nullify the case so fast the ATF would think they were bent over a table and buggered.

This is a very interesting story, because they come down pretty hard on the ATF.
The ATF is one of the agencies that the MSM loves, because they are the federal gateway to ever nastier gun control.
Yet, here there are being severely criticised...
It is a good sign.
We should probably take this as... If the MSM has to chose between throwing the ATF or Affirmative Action under the bus, well... bye, bye ATF.

ATF - Assassins, Thugs and Felons. Does this fit the description of this supposed federal agency? Gee, just when we thought America was safe - the American President and his thugs are the greatest threat to America has become SOP.

ATF agents running an undercover storefront in Milwaukee used a brain-damaged man with a low IQ to set up gun and drug deals, paying him in cigarettes, merchandise and money, according to federal documents obtained by the Journal Sentinel. Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett (D) was involved?
