BREAKING NEWS: The FBI has identified two suspects in Monday's the Boston Marathon bombing, releasing photos and video showing them and asking the public to help locate them.
The suspects, one of whom wore a a dark ballcap and the other who wore backwards white ballcap,appear to be in their twenties and were captured on footage near where one of two explosions killed three and injured 176. In video that appears to be from a surveillance camera and which was shown by the FBI, both suspects are walking west on Boylston Street, near the finish line and where the explosions occurred.

In case anyone hasn’t pointed it out, look at the forearm/wrist of the stationary arm. It’s very thin compared to the healthy arm. Probably a birth defect.
I don’t think the cell towers were shut down, I think they effectively underwent a de facto DDOS “attack” from everyone immediately trying to call in and out, such that the towers were completely overloaded.
White cap holds the phone in that hand (his left) to make the call. In the phone call picture, there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with that hand.
He’s not alone. The Bridgestone cap guy is in the pix, right behind the woman in the pink jacket.
In at least one of the still pics that Fox shows, white hat guy’s RIGHT arm is messed up. The hand looks very fake.
I haven’t had the opportunity to look at anything since the original picture Jim pinged me to, or to follow y’all’s posts and information, but I promise I’ll try to later tonight.

the guy with the white hat has a sort of bulbous nose it seems...sunni the missing guy not so much....who the heck knows....
I believe he was one of the LE that had the tan pants on and backpacks. I read they had chemical sensors in the backpacks and if so then he might be testing the air around the explosion site. (you saw the pixs of the two guys with the tan pants, black backpacks, and one was wearing a wire going to his ear, some said they were Navy Seals)
I have a friend with that deformity. His arm hangs down unless he is holding it.

How could he have know the "safe" distance from that thing?
Getting hit in the head with a Metal Bearing a a thousand miles and hour would kill/hurt you.
Then you could wind up in a American Hospital, surrounded by FBI.
All this simply raises too many questions.

Thanks. I've been trying to get peoples attention on this since the photos came out, and must have posted the group photo at least 10 times. Glad people are finally catching on and verifying my guess. It all seemed so obvious once I noticed the guys arm.
I wish there were something about the other guy that stood out. There has to be something there we're not noticing yet.
