I just googled the name and saw his pictures! This is getting weirder and weirder! The name came across Twitter though, so take it with a huge grain of salt.

The whole thing is very weird. I am old enough to remember the Lee Harvey Oswald/J.D. Tippit murder, and this story reminds me of that - a seemingly unrelated crime that turns out to be key.

Tripathi resembles #2, but Tripathi is described as 6’2, and #2 looks shorter than that. UNLESS #1 is 6’5 or more. I think the man who killed the MIT cop was described as very tall.

There is a picture of him out there standing behind the spectators where he (white hat) dropped the second bomb. He stands a good 4-6 inches above most everyone else in the picture. White hat could easily be 6’1 or 6’2.
McVeigh was an agnostic, lapsed Catholic, but to this day you see him described in message boards as a “fundamentalist Christian.”
We’ll see how it plays out. If he is one of the killers, it would just too much resemble a movie script. But sometimes reality does that, sometimes reality mimics art.

Tripathi DOES look a lot like #2.
I just plugged the name “Mike Mulugeta” into Facebook and several Ethiopians popped up in the search.
Do any of them look like #1 or #2?
Ethiopians are generally much darker-skinned than either of the suspects.
Can’t really tell. Not good pictures. Interesting though, on one page a bunch of people posted and told the guy to set his FB to private because his name was heard on the scanner.
