A couple of years ago we went to the Inner Harbor to hear a summer concert. Around 9pm or so you could sense a distinct change in the atmosphere; the night belongs to THEM. Not long after we left there was a shooting near Pratt Street and on our way out we saw a street fight in Canton. Situation Normal.

The Daily Mail takes a long time to load on my old computer - possibly because they put more actual news in their items than any other so-called newspaper. It certainly is the best site for comprehensive reports.
