There are probably enough votes to impeach in the House already. But the trial in the Senate. The House won’t impeach until they quietly get the word that the Senate will convict.

What does Bolton mean by bring down? There's likely no criminality here, BHO will blame the utter lack of leadership on Hillary, the media may or may not agree, but in the end there's not much there in the context of bring down. Might some dems run from him, sure. His biggest problem is that the major players are already gone, there's no one to throw under the bus. It could add to his building lame duck status.
