Ex-Diplomats Report New Benghazi Whistleblowers with Info Devastating to Clinton and Obama
PJ Media ^ | May 21st, 2013 | Roger L Simon

Posted on 05/21/2013 1:01:08 AM PDT by Pharmboy

More whistleblowers will emerge shortly in the escalating Benghazi scandal, according to two former U.S. diplomats who spoke with PJ Media Monday afternoon.

These whistleblowers, colleagues of the former diplomats, are currently securing legal counsel because they work in areas not fully protected by the Whistleblower law.

According to the diplomats, what these whistleblowers will say will be at least as explosive as what we have already learned about the scandal, including details about what really transpired in Benghazi that are potentially devastating to both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

snip...

Stevens’ mission in Benghazi, they will say, was to buy back Stinger missiles from al-Qaeda groups issued to them by the State Department, not by the CIA. Such a mission would usually be a CIA effort, but the intelligence agency had opposed the idea because of the high risk involved in arming “insurgents” with powerful weapons that endanger civilian aircraft.

Hillary Clinton still wanted to proceed because, in part, as one of the diplomats said, she wanted “to overthrow Gaddafi on the cheap.”

This left Stevens in the position of having to clean up the scandalous enterprise when it became clear that the “insurgents” actually were al-Qaeda – indeed, in the view of one of the diplomats, the same group that attacked the consulate and ended up killing Stevens.

snip... likened it to the Mike Nichols film Charlie Wilson’s War about a clueless congressman who supplies Stingers to the Afghan guerrillas. “It’s as if Hillary and the others just watched that movie and said ‘Hey, let’s do that!’” the diplomat said.

He added that he and his colleagues think the leaking of General David Petraeus’ affair with his biographer Paula Broadwell was timed to silence the former CIA chief on these matters.

where Obama was that night and what he was doing.

So is the story that he went to bed and then went to Las Vegas the next morning(?), not the gist of it?

They shut up Stevens and they can do the same to anyone in the military.

He had a debate the next day right? A debate that he horribly lost, was not prepared for, he wasn’t sleeping.

He was up all night biting his nails.

If he indeed went to bed, he would have been woken up while this disaster unfolded. There is a seven hour time difference between Benghazi and DC.

It all ended before midnight DC time.

So, it is like the dog that did not bark.

We have the Situation Room, we have video and audio intelligence streaming live from Benghazi and Tripoli, we have military around the Mediterranean basin screaming for orders, and no one asks the CinC for direction?

The Ambassador dies, and what, Obama finds out about it in the morning papers like the rest of America?

Like I said the six of them—Hillary,Biden, Petraeus,Panetta, General Dempsey and Obama are up to this to their eyeballs.

And let’s not forget Valerie Jarrett, she who must not be mentioned.

Time for some divide and conquer and see who sings like a canary.

Obama from the time he was a Senator has been linked to Syrian Tony Rezko and Jabir Herbert Muhammad the son of the late Nation of Islam leader Eliijah Muhammad. Rezko was jailed over lying about a $3.5 million dollar wire transfer from Lebanon. Valerie Jarrett was born in Iran.

Illegal. State Department can’t do that, see: Iran Contra.

They are such hypocrites. How many times to we hear about Iran Contra? Now they will probably blame Reagan; following his example.

I remember reading about this theory back when the video was still being blamed.

The weapons dealing story makes the most sense of why the attack was coordinated (they wanted the missiles) why it was Stevens etc..

This feels like the truth of the matter. It rings true. I hope this comes out soon.

Hillary wanted to “(do it) on the cheap” ===> Is only half right.

You can bet Obama (Jarret) wanted to do it on the cheap.

Enough with the big buildups. Bring them forward and have them say their piece.

And CIA can not escape responsibility either.

They have the obligation to inform Congress various committee and chairs. That is why there is oversight, there is power-check written in the Constitution. And they had months to do so.

I don’t know about the other loose ends, but every time HRC disappears I assume it’s for plastic surgery. Or maybe rehab. I don’t associate her with substance abuse, but it wouldn’t surprise me, either. Or it could just be cover for her being somewhere she shouldn’t.

Eric Holder apparently believed in using guns back when he was a student at Columbia.

ERIC HOLDER’S RADICAL PAST UNCOVERED

OCTOBER 16, 2012 AFP

http://americanfreepress.net/?p=6588

• Affiliation with violent Black Panthers while in college may explain AG’s anti-white bias

By Pat Shannan

Attorney General Eric Holder’s reluctance to prosecute criminal behavior on the part of the Black Panthers in Philadelphia during the 2008 presidential election apparently has its roots in his own affiliation with the group as far back as 1970. While a freshman at Columbia University that year, Holder participated in a five-day, armed protest and occupation of the university’s Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) building organized by the “Black Students’ Organization” (BSO).

It has not been ascertained whether the AG was ever a card-carrying member of the Black Panthers. However, he was an active member on campus of the Student Afro-American Society (SAAS) that released a statement supporting the efforts of 21 Black Panthers charged with plotting to blow up a police station, department stores, railroad tracks and the New York Botanical Gardens.

News stories from BSO’s defunct website show that it wasn’t the first time. Gloating over a 1968 confrontation with police the paper reported:

“Armed with guns, the students took over Hamilton Hall, and locked the building from the inside. After some time the black students told the white sympathizers, many of whom were members of Students for a Democratic Society, to leave and contribute by taking over other buildings on campus. They did, effectively shutting down the university. The president of the university ordered the NYPD to smother the protest by force, aided by white athletes and members of the ROTC. Ironically it was the white students in other buildings who bore the brunt of the police storming. Had the police broken into Hamilton, they may have suffered casualties at the hands of the sisters and brothers inside.”

Two years later, Holder was among the leaders of the SAAS that were demanding the former ROTC office be renamed the “Malcolm X Lounge” in honor of the early Black Muslim leader who was assassinated in 1965.

Speaking to the 2009 graduating class at Columbia, America’s top lawman mistakenly remembered it as his “senior year,” and boasted of his participation in the movement during his college days. However, he deceitfully tempered his remarks by calling it a protest to “peacefully occupy one of the campus offices.”

The Justice Department has not responded to a query of what kind of weapon Holder himself was carrying at the time, but his friend, Steve Sims, told a mainstream newspaper it all did happen.

This may explain why Holder refused to prosecute Black Panther thugs, who were accused of intimidating voters with truncheons at the polls in Philadelphia in 2008.

Pat Shannan is an AFP contributing editor and the author of several best-selling videos and books.

.

It's very interesting that this story contains many of the elements of what we at Free Republic have speculated about for months ...

gun-running (stinger missiles), petraeus's blackmail ...

======================================

On a another equally-serious note ...

today the Tea Party has asked for demonstrations against the IRS all across America ...

yeah, I know ... we'll be slimed again in the MSM media ... and some family members will think that we're over-zealous kooks ...

BUT I'M GOING TODAY ... at the Tampa Bay IRS (Columbus Avenue) down by Raymond James Stadium ...

STAND FOR YOUR COUNTRY -- DEMONSTRATE AGAINST OBAMA'S GESTAPO IRS today ...

======================================
