The trio of scandals that have swirled around the White House in recent weeks have made Americans doubt the administration's honesty and integrity, but they have not affected President Barack Obama's job-approval rating, a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll found. Despite controversies involving the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Justice and State Department, Obama's job approval rating is holding at 48 percentessentially unchanged from April.

He’s the head of the snake. He appointed these people. This is total BS.
$10 billion is a wild underestimate.
...In October, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimated that the GM bailout would ultimately carry a price tag of $20 billion, while the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has estimated the cost will be $25 billion.
Under the Treasury’s plan, the government would sell about half its holdings in GM to the company at $27.50 a share, but the government’s official bailout watchdog had estimated the government would need to sell its GM shares at a price of $53.98 to break even on the rescue...
With family members of MSM heads serving in the Obama Admin I’d be surprised if they told the truth. There’s too much intermingling of government and the press. The same people/families running DC also run the news.
Me too as well. Heard about that.
It is truly a ground war between the old and the new media.
I know quite a few people that don't know where to go for the truth. My pastor asks me. My Best Friend just avoids it altogether.
Thank you
Richard Nixon's rating was 43 Approve 43 Disapprove in early June 1973, and Nixon didn't have any demographic that voted 97.8% for him. Subtract that demographic and this is Richard Nixon territory early in a President's second term.
That’s how I see it. I think it’s also because the American populace is no longer what it once was, steeped in knowledge of liberty, the Constitution, and our founding fathers. It’s become more dumbed-down, more government-dependent, and more foreign. End result, America is more third-worldish, and is taking on that kind of worldview, with its emotional, Chavez-esque attachment to dictatorial strongmen/dear-leaders/rulers.
It’s incredibly grotesque, and sickening, seeing America sink to such pathetic levels.
Exactly... they would be completely crushed and (I'm not kidding here) a surge in suicides would follow. Obama is what passes for a god with these people. They would come unglued.
Advice, start with Drudgereport, than go to the conservative talkradio shows. Good news, Rush is back from vacation and he is loaded for bear.
I understand about your friend advoiding it. You can tire out after a while. That is why I may do day trips and keep time here to just getting the Rush thread up for example. You have to rest.
That is part of the theorem. He is always in campaign mode and thus never appears to be governing. The press is an integral part of this theorem as they enable the culpability to be dodged.
Behold the power of white guilt!
Sadly, we are a very, very deeply divided country.
Notice this is a poll of ‘adults’, not Americans or registered voters or likely voters.
Dem inner-city tribal parasites don’t wanna worry ‘bout dem dere Welfare Benefits keep comin’, and bad-mouth a Brutha.......
The elderly people that I know won’t check Drudge. They seldom go near a computer. My pastor sends me emails asking for facts and links because someone else sent him something and he wants the truth. He does know about FR and knows that I’m informed but can’t navigate his way through truth and prevarications. He just started paying attention in 2008. The stuff that he’s finding out makes his head spin.
We are a county full of uninformed citizens.
I’m not certain he is a god to all Democrats.
He’s such an unqualified, corrupt wacko that for a supporter to doubt him at this point would force them to realize the magnitude of how ignorant they are, and most either won’t or can’t go through that level of honesty.
