The neutral legal analyst on the live stream I'm watching just stated that the witness finished off her testimony by "doing herself IRREPARABLE HARM".

He said she was not an official "hostile witness"... which means an unexpected "flipper" that defense attorneys and prosecuters equally dread......but he implied she was pretty close.

The judge gave some rigmarole about scheduling and in a nutshell saying how it wasn't relevant at this time, a save for DeDe. If you or I was goofy enough to say anything like that in court, every judge I've ever seen or heard of would immediately chastise us and remind all that we will be there, in cuffs if necessary.

Reminds me of the day I beat a better racket ball player because I knew he was a fairly heavy smoker.

I just made him run around a lot to get points and then when he was red faced I took every consecutive point until the game was over and I won.
