THE ZIMMERMAN PROSECUTION HAS A GIANT PROBLEM (see red text below) George Zimmerman....

"THE ZIMMERMAN PROSECUTION HAS A GIANT PROBLEM (see red text below) George Zimmerman re-enactment video with the police BEFORE he had a lawyer and right after the shooting": [I WILL BE IN FLORIDA on MONDAY in COURTROOM. OTR at 10pm will air live from Florida Monday night.]

First, as it stands now, (and ONLY my guess and it is early and much can change) do not expect George Zimmerman to take the witness stand (although he has a Constitutional right to do so if he wants to do so.)

This re-enactment video will help you understand the scene of the shooting according to George Zimmerman and is in his words. It is also a horrible video for the prosecution.

What is the back story on this video. How long has it been out there?

Why are there only six jurors, not twelve?

In Florida, only six jurors required except in a death-penalty case, which this - accusation of murder 2 - is not.

Very interesting. I hadn’t seen this before. Zimmerman comes across as credible, his account is totally believable, and beyond that you can tell he’s a good guy. What a travesty this whole thing is.

There’s no way 12 people are going to judge Zimmerman guilty.

First of all,it's 6 in FL.Don't know why. Also, there was no way 12 people were gonna find OJ *not* guilty.Bottom line, there are a hundred million people in this country who'd vote guilty and a hundred million who's vote not guilty. The question is...how will *these* 6 vote?

Is the jury made up of six, or is it just 6 out of 12 you’re referencing? I’m thinking it’s probably a jury of six.

That seems too few to me.

Nice neighborhood on the video. No wonder Trayvon robbed houses there to steal jewelry.

I think that there are 6 "active" (my word) jurors and some alternates as well. But IIRC,only 6 people will be voting guilty or not guilty.Yes,I would think it should be 12 particularly if what I heard is true...that GZ can get life if convicted.

I think he will be found guilty. We no longer live in a just society or one based on the constitution. We live under a soft tyranny if not a flat out tyranny. We have an admitted foreign born twice unconstitutionally elected communist as President and a RINO party that cowers into a fetal position anytime the Treason party snaps its fingers. So basically we have enemies of this country running things, doing whatever they choose to do. If they want Zimmerman guilty he will be found guilty and they do want him guilty.

Not sure Greta is right about this.

Testimony from the police who were there might “open the door” to showing the video — particularly if they say something happened that is contradicted by the video.

It might be admissible for impeachment. Foundation could be laid through the officer on the stand.

It contains, however, hearsay and right off the top of my head I can think of no exceptions that apply.

Interesting... I wasn't aware of that. Thanks, Jeff!

It’s the police re-enactment done the day after the incident.

Never underestimate the stupidity/gullibility/ignorance of the law, of an American jury.....

Agreed.
Just look at the OJ jury, a panel of nincompoops who couldn't spell "DNA" if you spotted them the 'D', the 'N', and the 'A'. Zimmerman's jury is a bunch of women, and there is s very real possibility that not one of them has the ability to think linearly. They may actually feel they must convict the "white guy" for something or there might be accusations of racism, you know...

They can't have people saying they are "racist", now can they? They may want to pacify "the black community", and who cares what the facts of the case are, or the stupid evidence and junk like that? The verdict may end up being a real-life implementation of the Bradley-Wilder effect.

Amazing video. It corroborates everything introduced into testimony so far in the trial (that I’ve seen). With the one discrepancy that St Skittles corpse was photographed with his arms under/close to his torso, rather than out as GZ states at the end of this video. Who knows how they got there or if GZ was misremembering after getting his head beat against the concrete. But that’s what the state seems to be hanging its hat on.

The prosecution are among the most disgusting vermin sucking air in this nation. I have more respect for concentration camp guards in WW2 than the prosecution lawyers. The guards at least had a plausible fear of retribution if they failed to carry out orders. These prosecution lawyers are doing this for their simple political and monetary gain.
