"THE ZIMMERMAN PROSECUTION HAS A GIANT PROBLEM (see red text below) George Zimmerman re-enactment video with the police BEFORE he had a lawyer and right after the shooting": [I WILL BE IN FLORIDA on MONDAY in COURTROOM. OTR at 10pm will air live from Florida Monday night.]
First, as it stands now, (and ONLY my guess and it is early and much can change) do not expect George Zimmerman to take the witness stand (although he has a Constitutional right to do so if he wants to do so.)
This re-enactment video will help you understand the scene of the shooting according to George Zimmerman and is in his words. It is also a horrible video for the prosecution.

That I don’t know.
“creepy-ass cracker.”
He called the hotline....If he was playing vigilante, he wouldn’t even consider it. He had absolutely no intention of confronting Trayvon directly.
I think she didn’t tell the cops about her phone call cuz she was Tray’s fence.
Since Trayvon and Rachel were "dating", I would like to see the contents of Rachel's "jewelry box".
(IMHO, those bicycle rim earring's Rachel wore to court were without-a-doubt "legit".)
AKA: The OJ Jury. The terms Jury Nullification, "Social Justice" and others are nothing more than code for If you white crackers don't convict that white boy we'z gonna riot 'n kill a buncha crackers!"
Don't believe me? They're already threatening to all over Twitter.
The saddest thing about this whole mess is the liberal lamestream media deliberately misportraying Zimmerman as "white" and the Obama voters eating it up.
It's pathetic what this country's come to. MOB RULE.
This is another point that I think actually should be made by the defense.
Given all the evidence, and barring any stunning new revelation, looks like a straightforward case to me.
As Greta points out, GZ's reenactment video puts the prosecution in a Catch 22. The defense can't use it unless GZ takes the stand, which he's not required to do, and which most defense lawyers in most cases advise against. The prosecution can use it, but doesn't want to, because it damages their case. But if the jury knows it's being kept from them, that's reasonable doubt right there!
BTW, Greta is a lawyer. She got into TV as a result of appearing as a legal analyst for CNN during the OJ trial.
The native Florida crackers arent the problem. Its the ignorant transplants.
Well BB, I reckon that would be me. In my defense, I drove over from Eustis and it seemed to take an age on some mighty funky roads. Also, when a New Englander crosses the Georgia Border, an immediate loss of up to 65 IQ points as been documented, what with the heat, damp, allergies, insect bites, mold in the AC, added in with our generally bad attitude.
However, it all goes away when a manatee comes up to my kayak. I do hope and pray these 6 ladies can get this straight. I do also think that the base Obama "believers" are now frustrated, as their miserable lives have not "hope and changed" one iota since The Mombasa MF took office, and if anything are even worse as illegal aliens take away their sketchy-to-begin-with livelihoods. The illegals are also draining their entitlement funds!
Of course, they are not going to blame their hero, for to do so would cause them to admit to being utter fools. So they will blame us and wreak havoc over every imagined slight. Of course they know Trayvon was a thug who played "The Knockout Game," "Hunting Polar Bears," was wack on "Drank," a thief, and was encouraged to violence by the Jeantel girl. But again, it cannot be their fault, anymore than the sorry state of the country could possibly have anything to do with their sacred Magic Mulatto, the Marxist from Mombasa, the location of which is far more mysterious to them than the location of Sanford was to me.
Fox just saying kids didn’t know what cracker meant
Since creepy as cracker refers to a gay man and
DD suggested maybe he was a rapist
I’d say FOX is the ignorant ones
The kids knew exactly what was being said
I have wondered the same thing. My bet is that she was totally cooperative and upbeat while being interviewed by the prosecution and when she got on the stand she just did her own thang. lol
I have to agree with you...6-woman jury...how the heck is that a juy of peers?
If my wife were on the jury he wouldn’t be convicted...they might have to retry him, but my guess is they will convict.
The prosecutor is not the brightest bulb and they should have gone for some kind of lesser manslaughter charge.
I suspect she didn’t talk about the phone call because she was saying “beat that m effin’ cracka down, Tray! Don’t you be no p***y now.”
Perry Mason would have her jumping out of the stands crying....I lied....I was Tray's fence....He was going to rob some houses in the neighborhood. Where do you think I got all the gold I wear...out of a gumball machine?
I don't believe her rapist statement. It's stupid and doesn't fit the scenario.
Yea, their problem is they are trying to convict an innocent man!
The jury is only 6 and all women, they may be afraid of being considered ‘racist’ is they don’t convict.
My problem is that no one on that jury knew anything about the event?? That's absurd. West got it right.
I believe they were just friends...since first grade IIRC...
No way the Prosecution wants this video in court - it shreds their case to pieces.
Hmmmm, why can't the defense ask one of the officers about the reenactment, then play the tape, and ask them if this is the reenactment they witnessed? Exactly like presenting a photograph for verification before a witness. The supporting fact being that Z was more than willing, without his lawyer present, to answer any / all questions concerning the incident.
Tell you something else, the fact that Z didn't ensure Martin's demise by pumping a few more rounds into him, says much about Z and discounts the monster the prosecution and everyone else is trying to make him out to be.
