Duh...I’m just now getting it. Libs afraid if Z is found to be innocent, then it will go far in showing that concealed carry laws do protect us from villains like Martin. Z would be dead if he had not had a gun.

I am saying it is not s drop dead certainty that it happened the way GZ said it did.

So, let me understand this, if I disagree with you, then you feel it is acceptible to cuss at me and accuse me of bring a troll? You do not want to hear both sides of the story. Plus you all by your self presume to have the authority to expel yourself from this forum? You think very highly of yourself, don’t you?

It wasn’t like gz was defending against a home invasion. He was on a street whose name he did not know. Just because a person is a man does not mean you have to confront everyone in your neighborhood who you do not know. Now we know tm was walking back from a 7/11. He did not need to be confronted.

Are you kidding me? You do not believe in innocent until proven guilty? Why do think that is one of our basics in our justice system? For situations just like this.

Your description contains a lot of wishful suppositions and theories which are not corroborated by witness testimony. A substantial amount of Zimmerman's story is supported by witnesses.

It could have been taking a leak by the power pole? wtf?

"He did not need to be confronted."

No, he didn't "need to be," but if someone whose practice historically is to keep an eye on the area wants to ask why they are there, what's wrong with that? And it was not public property.

If GZ said, "can I help you find something?" is that "confrontation?" I ask people this all the time when I don't understand why someone is on my residential street and they seem to hanging around inspecting the houses in my neighborhood. It's called "good citizenship."

GZ confronted an unknown person in his neighborhood walking on the sidewalk

Where are you getting your info that TM was walking on a sidewalk? Cite your source.

I agree with what you say, I just think it will be a lot harder for the feds to try Zimmerman the way they did with the LA cops. The case could make them look stupid. Feds really hate to look stupid. That doesn’t mean they can’t make life hell for Zimmerman, they can. But he should win in the end, especially with a federal jury. The feds might try to get a plea to a far lower offense and use their coercive power to get Zimmerman to give in. But I don’t see how they do any better than the state on the facts. As I said, you have an innocent man here, not a case that could go either way.

"I am saying it is not s drop dead certainty that it happened the way GZ said it did."

But if GZ's description reasonably could be true, then GZ is before the law, innocent. End of case.

What if some of the people who wear robbed in the area took a close look at them?

Good thought.

I'm now wondering if anybody from that hood is missing a coupl'a bicycle rims, and might recognize them in court as well...

No. I gave you three substantive posts demonstrating what I perceive to be your errors, and invited you to point out where I was in error. Instead of responding to me, or trying to refute your errors that I pointed out (i.e., the 911 Dispatcher did not tell Zimmerman to stay in the car, there is no evidence that Zimmerman confronted Martin, etc.), you continue to repeat the same crap to others. When you don't respond to substantive criticism and repeat the same crap, you're trolling, jackass, and you deserve all the invective you get.

Yes, I do think very highly of myself. I am great, hence my name.

There are at least a couple of sources saying that “ass-cracker” has been slang for homosexual for quite some time in certain “cultures”. Click here if you dare for three entries, two of them dated 2003:

You’re banging your head against a curb with some of these people. Some posters, for reasons unknown to me, will spin elaborate yarns based on MSM lies to reach their conclusions about this case, and will trumpet those thoughts over and over. When hard facts are presented to them, they ignore those facts and just keep doing it.

That was a very big deal. One more “prosecution” witness that helped the defense. You didn’t hear much about that on any Old Media daily trial wrap-up as it laid bare their misinformation campaign.

I disagree with both of you. For the feds to get involved, they need to prove a civil rights violation. Not only is there is absolutely no evidence in this case that Zimmerman targeted Martin because he was black (he was a stranger in his community, he was walking between homes while raining, he was a punk, etc.), but with Zimmerman's background with people of other races, particularly his leading the protest of the black homeless man the cops allegedly abused, they'd be fools to try.

The L.A. cops in the Rodney King situation not only had evidence of abuse (although they were swinging the clubs to break bone - leg and arm - because their previous training to put it across the neck resulted in a death), but cops using racial pejoritives, not taking King to the hospital for a substantial period of time, etc.
