Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

1960-2000, I lved in a community of 150 family workingman family homes.
No HOA, no Community Watch, just watching out for each other. We had one Peeping Tom(who turned out as a(Black female). A teenage drunk driver, not from the area(damaged 2 cars and a fence. Two others that had broken into homes, when no one was home.
When 911 was called and the Sheriffs arrived, they found all perps with tiewraps and waiting for them. One young deputy cut the tiewraps on the teenager and proceedeed to kick his as kicked by the kid, until we stepped in.
The deputirs in each case asked for witnesses, they were answer the way Obama and Holder appointees did! “Not Me”!

This would be a textbook example of “judgement as a matter of law”. That would simply end the case; IMO if she doesn’t, she should not only be removed from the bench but jailed and sued.

The prosecution is secretly working for Zimmerman.

Oh, and Zimmerman just got a reason to try for his own million dollars. His info just got blasted all over the world including this SS # and the threats are already showing up on twitter.

You’re right, “subject’s” the correct usage if you have no knowledge of a crime being committed and a reasonable suspicion that individual committed it. In the instant case, there’d been an assault, and Zimmerman knew who’d committed it.
In fact, I think what I’d do on cross is offer her a hypothetical of an individual who’d been assaulted and left bruised and bleeding and ask her what she’d call the individual who committed the crime. I think I’d also ask her what the injured party was called.
Yea right. These fake ass wanna be gangstas better realize that FL is a right to carry law and any threats to someone will have them right along side of precious Trayvon.
I would think that Zimmerman and family are in an undisclosed location for at least a year now....and phone number changed....??

The prosecution showed a document on camera with GZ’s SSN, phone #, home address and driver’s license #. Now it’s all over Twitter.

Apparently CNN posted Zimmerman’s SS#, along with a bunch of other personal info. I don’t know why.
I think Z’s dad’s testimony would make it an even push anyway.
