Judge Debra Nelson, the presiding judge in the George Zimmerman prosecution, has ruled and run her courtroom with an iron gavel. I've agreed with most of her thoughtful rulings.

I am sure the judge is worried about an army of thugs materializing outside her house.

Jeantel seemed to enjoy making everyone strain to listen to her. Judge asked her to speak up and she failed to comply. She even openly stated "I ain't comin' back" and made faces at the defense attorney on broadcast TV. Got away with all of it. I guess the judge was afraid of being accused of being 'racist'. 0bama gets away with everything for the same reason. He isn't held to account for ANYTHING!

She gets sent to the principal [Nelson] to be dealt with but the principal just sends her back to class where she acts up again because she knows nothing will happen to her.

I was beyond astonished at how she was allowed to act and I’m equally astonished that there little likelihood she will be called for perjury and suborning.
She got away with murder and Precious will act on what is approval in the future.

When I heard the testimony I was imagining how Judge Judy would have taken this Jeantel to the woodshed in about the first minute.

I am all for not respecting a judge if they do not deserve it, but you can’t let a witness act like that when they have no reason to, and she just was a pissy little bitch who needed a smackdown.
Judge should’ve dismissed this FARCE of a trial.

A scolding , Mr Nejame? Squireen, the *PROPER* response for a judge Sitting on a crminal trial to a witness who commits perjury isn't a scolding, but a felony bench warrant. If, Esquire, you conduct yourself in the courtroom in this fashion as "an officer of *MY* courts", well, I'm of the opinion that you've shown manifest unsuitability to *BE* "an officer of *MY* courts", and we can dispense with your services as same...

The judge is in the tank for Angela Cory so letting one witness get away with being a smart ass is a drop in that bucket.
This woman is an embarrassment to all women - all women - everywhere. What is interesting is that her defenders started saying she is “just a kid” - “that’s her culture” - “she is unsophisticated” - “the defendant’s attorneys were soooo rude to her” - blah blah blah. I wonder what the jurors (all women) thought about her in-your-face creepy attitude and ignorance. I am horrified by that person! But think it’s funny that she was the prosecution’s “star witness”!
when the woman police officer was on stand today, she accidently moved too far from mike and hervoice was a little low, but perfectly udnerstandable, the judge IMMEDIATELY jumped i nand told her to speak up
When jenteal DELIBERATELY mumbled i na soft voice in a blatant attempt to piss off the defense lawyer- the judge said NOTHING- tiem and tiem again- When jenteal DELIBERATELY demanded the defense laywer answer HER questions- the judge said NOTHING
