I pray for a fair and just verdict. My support and thoughts go out to the Zimmerman family and the defense team as we wait.

culpable negligence

noun
(law) recklessly acting without reasonable caution and putting another person at risk of injury or death (or failing to do something with the same consequences)

I listened to Sherry what’s her name yesterday, local atty, and she said the instructions were written poorly in that it mentioned negligence but didn’t say DON’T CONVICT on negligence; maybe they’re asking for clarity on that.

I refuse to believe they’ll convict him.

question is “we need help understanding manslaughter”

not necessarily bad, because they can also realize self defense applies to mansluaghter and can still acquit.

wftv lawyer says not always bad to get weird question because even though it might look bad, juries have come back and acquitted

I’m of the view that Zimmerman will be convicted of manslaughter - unjustly, because he was acting in self-defense. That doesn’t change my view of self-defense. See my tagline.

Judge Jeannine on Fox said she can hear helicopters all around her and something is going on.

Reports of UFOs also.

Maybe they want to know what the sentence is for manslaughter, that would be a good question, I would want to know the same thing if I were a juror

The thing I would want to know from the judge as a juror here is: Do I have time to quit my job, sell my house and move to Belize before you disclose my name after I acquit on all charges?

Yeah, its looking like they will convict him of manslaughter, which is the same as 2nd degree murder..he will die in prison

.

That’s why the state added it. Nice, huh?

Makes me sick.

Judge is smiling.

[She is apparently getting what ‘she’ wanted — a conviction on some charge.]

maybe not, atty on wftv says it does happen they ask a question like this and juries come back with a verdict opposite the way the question they asked seemed to show them going

“Hes screwed.”

Could very well be. That or they’ve already settled on Not Guilty and they just want folks thinking they’re agonizing. But yeah, he’s probably screwed.

it’s specifically to plan the details of whisking the jurors out of the court room to safety under cover.

Don't they have to face the accused in person? Wouldn't George also be whisked away if safety for anyone is a concern. Several hours does make it look like something happens in the meantime. Unless it's to give the verdict to WH/holder first.

“Bummer shows they are considering!”
It only shows at least one is. The others could be trying to convince them otherwise.”

That is what I am thinking. They have already thrown out 2nd degree murder and are hung up on manslaughter. I think one side is trying to convince the other side and the reason for a clarification on manslaughter. Could go either way.

I think they are probably trying to convince one juror.

I was going to say the same about self defense. If they find he acted due to self defense, that would apply to all charges.
