This “judge” is a disgrace to judges everywhere..she is SO in the tank for the prosecution she would give the lethal injection to Zimmerman if she had the chance

Wise move. Women are more easily convinced by other women.

Women are more easily bullied by other women. They gang up on each other for personal/emotional reasons and attack in groups just like they go to the bathroom in groups.

Here's a typical progression:

• "She's sort of snotty when she's talking."
• "Yeah, she is. Maybe she thinks she's better than us and knows more than we do."
• "She's a b*tch. I don't like her."
• "Me either. I'm not going to agree with her just because."
• Yeah, let's put her in her place."

I sure hope this isn't a jury of Mean Girls.

Judge TOOL is making the attorneys go through the court record to find the original jury question because the judge left the jury question in her chambers.

776.012 Use of force in defense of person.—A person is justified in using force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that the person reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to defend himself or herself or another against the other’s imminent use of unlawful force. However, a person is justified in the use of deadly force and does not have a duty to retreat if:

(1) He or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony; or

(2) Under those circumstances permitted pursuant to s. 776.013. If Zimmerman was facing "great bodily harm" (like brain damage) from the beating, then he was justified. Period.

I thought the instructions were clear on "self-defense" as a complete defense against murder 2 and/or manslaughter.

That said, I am burned out on this case and need a week off to recuperate.

Will be joining MOM and West and their families on respite next week (of course, I was not invited nor have I advised them of such as yet...Bill Shatner and I have invited Morgan Fairchild to join us in this well-deserved vacation).;-)
