Getting one’s head pounded into the concrete would cause one to be in reasonable fear of one’s life, and I hope the jury understands this — and hasn’t been brainwashed to think “the only real weapon is a gun.”

I hear this a lot and I’m a female. Been one for 65 years. I was pretty much a nerd and a loner so it could be true that women are snotty. I saw some of it with my daughter’s friends. But in the last ten years I’ve learned to really enjoy being a girl. I enjoy hanging out with both genders. Just not a lot. I’m still a loner and a nerd. Today for example, I finally found out the best place to buy foundation garments in town. I should have known that for decades. I’m pretty excited.

jury was not specific enough with their request

I'm actually encouraged and for the first time have hope in this jury. First off - NO MURDER 2!!! Half the battle won. So we know at least some of these gals are thinking this through with their brains and not their hearts as Guy wanted. That's good news.

Acquittal is NOT off the table. Sure we all would have loved a quick not guilty, but things are heading in the right direction.
