I’ve tried to reason with a Democrat liberal in the past. Gave up and finally learned to just smile at their blather, walk away and humor the insane person.
There’s careful, then there’s paranoid, and I’m usually on the right side of that equation. Because the note becomes part of the record, and because making that kind of a misrepresentation would get her thrown off the bench, and the case thrown out, I’d trust her on this one. Not that I didn’t work through the possibilities, though.

I also don’t doubt that. Of course the numbers I posted don’t show demographics of male and female voters (they never will with a secret ballot). We have to look for polls for that - all of which are buyer beware.
