Um, sorry but the "mis-editing" was not "botched," it was INTENTIONAL fraud on the part of NBC. I'm thinking that NBC will want to avoid the embarrassment of a civil suit trial and settle for a HUGE amount. At least $10 million. I am hoping that any settlement include an apology by Brian Williams at the top of his show in which he acknowledges that NBC intentionally committed FRAUD.
BTW, how much do YOU think NBC will end up paying Zimmerman?

If I were him I’d stick with MOM and West for the NBC trial, as they know their trial the best and know exactly what and when NBC did - even if they are normally defense lawyers. Stick with em, they’re that good.

Even a $100 million would not be enough...the NBC/MSNBC lying networks need to be put out of business once and for all!

Whatever the amount of the settlement is, it’s not enough. There needs to be some prison time for these bastards.

Amazing how they are still doing it isn’t it. “Botched”...That’s like when they quote Zimmerman when he said “these guys always get away” they write it like “these____always get away” so people think he said the “N” word when they read it.

I am betting between NBC and CNN( for publishing his social security number on tv) he will be looking at 100 million with a payout of 5-10 million.
The 5-10 million should be predicated on both NBC and CNN staffs being fired. Funny thing is, both networks have done this enough to justify the lawsuits.

Whatever the final settlement, this SHOULD be enough to pay off his defense team - remember, lawyers always get at least one third of any punitive damages. All of the parties should be able to retire, quite comfortably, at the end of the day...

I hope he takes them for all they are worth.
As someone said last night on FR, “he’ll be able to afford his own private Idaho.” I hope he can get somewhere safe.
God Bless this good man. He’s been through hell.
